Ausgehend von dem dargestellten Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zum Verschließen einer Blisterfolienbahn mit einer Deckfolie nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 derart weiterzubilden, dass sie vorrichtungstechnisch durch den Verzicht auf zusätzliche Einrichtungen, wie Blaseinrichtungen o. ä. relativ einfach ausgebaut ist und die Fertigung ebener Blisterstreifen ermöglicht, wobei gleichzeitig eine möglichst produktschonende, weil auf hohe Temperaturen verzichtende Betriebsweise ermöglicht werden soll. Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Vorrichtung zum Verschließen einer Blisterfolienbahn mit einer Deckfolie mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Der Erfindung liegt dabei die Idee zugrunde, durch die Verwendung einer Ultraschallsiegelwalze den Wärmeeintrag in eine Blisterfolienbahn bzw. eine Deckfolienbahn zu minimieren, wodurch sich einerseits ebene Blisterstreifen erzeugen lassen und sich gleichzeitig andererseits eine sehr gute Produktschonung ergibt, da das Produkt während des Versiegelns der Blisterfolienbahn mit der Deckfolienbahn nahezu keiner Temperaturerhöhung ausgesetzt ist.Based on the illustrated prior art, the invention has the object, a device for closing a Blisterfolienbahn with a cover sheet according to the preamble of claim 1 such that they device technology by dispensing with additional facilities, such as blowing devices o.
