Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an insulating glass pane according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such insulating glass panes are used not only for windows and doors but also in the production of facade arrangements in industrial, commercial and residential, with the surface elements made of glass, here insulating glass panes, clamped in facade parts made of aluminum, steel or wood. In many cases, in such facade arrangements at a distance of 1 m up to 2 m mullion profiles are fixed between floor slab and floor, between which upright post profiles, for example, horizontal latch profiles are attached to bring the arisen by the upright posts profiles fields in a desired division. For example, such horizontal or transverse bar profiles are set at the level of the floor or about 90 cm above the floor and ceiling height between the upright post profiles. It is also possible to set a horizontal bar profile only on the floor of the storey and on the floor slab. This creates space-high fields between the upright post profiles and the upper and lower horizontal transom profiles, in which the insulating glass panes are then inserted.
In these constructions of façade arrangements, the insulating glass panes are held clamped on all four circumferential edges by means of mullion or transom profiles. The size of the fields is limited in insulating glass panes, as they are normally used in windows or doors, so that in case of going beyond dimensions of the fields, the individual glass panes of insulating glass must be chosen to be thicker to stand against loads from wind or other other conditions to be able to hold. If the insulating glass panes of a façade arrangement are to be held at two preferably parallel edges instead of at all four edges so that the other two edges can remain unrestrained, the thickness of the individual glass panes of an insulating glass pane must be selected to be even greater because the insulating glass panes are subject to the loads occurring after four only after two pages can leave.
The currently known construction of an insulating glass pane with "normal" thickness of the glass sheets used does not withstand shear loads, since the sealing materials used in the edge bond of the insulating glass panes can not produce a shear bond due to their elasticity. This applies to all previously used sealing materials, such as polyurethane, silicone, polysulfide and the like, which cause an elastic all-round seal between spacers and outer edges. For this reason, insulating glass panes, which should be freely clamped without upright post profiles over a height of about 2.50 m, are only made of very thick individual glasses, on the one hand are very expensive and on the other hand also have a high weight, so that such a construction practically hardly comes into question.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide an insulating glass pane of the type mentioned, in which the inner pane and the outer pane are shear-resistant connected to each other.
To solve this problem, the features specified in claim 1 are provided with insulating glass pane of the type mentioned.
As a result of the measures according to the invention, the moment of inertia of the individual glass panes of the insulating glass pane unit joined in this way is increased by a multiple because the inner pane and the outer pane of such an insulating glass pane are connected to one another in a shear-resistant manner. The insulating glass panes produced in this way can very easily also span a distance of 2.50 m or 3.00 m on a floor of a building without all-round clamping, without the individual glass panes having to be significantly reinforced.
According to a preferred embodiment, the features are provided according to claim 2, that is, that the positive connection between the shear elements and the two glass panes is made edge side outside of the spacer. It is expedient to provide the features of claim 3, which leads to easy-to-manufacture recesses in the glass sheets.
An advantageous embodiment of the thrust elements results from the features of claim 4, wherein each thrust element is designed in the manner of an elongated cuboid block with projections on both sides. Such sliding blocks are easy to produce.
Various embodiments of the sliding blocks result from the features of one or more of claims 5 to 8. This results in advantages in terms of compensation of possible manufacturing tolerances on the one hand with respect to a non-uniform thickness over the surface thickness of the glass and on the other hand in the measure of the glass pane gap and the arrangement of the edge recesses ,
If, according to claim 9, a filler or an adhesive is used which is somewhat softer than glass, the result is an advantageous transition between the hard push blocks and the high-sensitivity glass.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the insulating glass pane, the features according to
Depending on the requirements of the shear assembly, that is, the static load, the thrust elements or thrust blocks can be kept variable in their distance. In other words, at relatively high shear load over the total height of the insulating glass in the required distance, possibly also at different distances, installed thrust blocks, while assuming low thrust load the thrust blocks can be omitted in the central region or the distance of the thrust blocks can be made larger.
According to the features of
The present invention further relates to a facade assembly having at least one insulating glass pane according to claim 1 and optionally one of the following claims corresponding to the features of
