Abstract

Description

  • The invention relates to a connection for two panels according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Such compounds for panels, floor elements are for example from the EP 1 650 375 B1 or the EP 1 415 056 B1 known.
  • Nut- / spring-like connections are along the longitudinal edges of the rectangular panels executed, which are connected by pivoting a panel to be laid in an already laid panel, the pivot axis is approximately along the longitudinal side of the already laid panel. This longitudinal connection is provided with locking means which provide locking in the horizontal and vertical directions.   • This object is achieved by a connection for two panels having the features of the claim.
  • According to the invention the connection of two panels is designed as a push button or hook connection, wherein both panels have mutually corresponding hook elements, in which along one side of the one panel beyond a parting plane extended lower lip is formed, protrudes from a locking projection upwards to the other panel which immersed in the locked state in a locking recess on the other panel. On a panel, an elastically resilient element is arranged, which can be brought into operative engagement with a locking surface on the other panel. This element can be designed as a separate spring element or else in one piece with the panel. According to the invention, a slot is made on the extended lower lip, by which a bendability of the lower lip in terms of a simplified unlocking of the panels is effected.
  • Through this slot, the panels along the said edge can be solved by horizontal displacement to each other, without the elastic element must be pushed back or without the need for a shift along the relevant edge. This shifting can be very difficult or almost impossible under unfavorable laying conditions, for example in the range of a wall or the like.
  • In one embodiment of the invention, the slot as a vertical slot - based on the laying surface - executed. Such a vertical slot can be finished with very little effort when milling the groove profile.
  • Advantageously, the slot according to the invention is carried out in a multi-layer parquet, wherein then the slot can extend in a support layer to the floor down to a lower layer.

Claims (7)

  1.
