Description

The present invention relates to a locking device for a sliding sash according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a locking device is, for example, from DE 195 38 485 A1 or the DE 80 29 903 U1 known. There are locking bushings in the floor into which the locking bolt arranged in the sliding sash can engage in order to securely fasten the sliding sash.

Preferably dynamic loads on a building in which the sliding sashes are installed can cause vibrations that cause the floor and thus the locking socket embedded in the floor to go down so far that the locking bolt is no longer able to enter the locking socket to intervene. This means that the sliding sash is no longer locked.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to propose a locking mechanism for a sliding sash which is of simple construction and which ensures that the sliding sash is locked even in the event of major building deformations.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a locking device for a sliding sash, which is suspended and has a locking bolt in the area near the floor, which can engage in a locking bushing arranged in the floor, in that the locking socket has a base body in which a movable in the vertical direction Bushing is stored. In order to prevent the socket from jumping out of the base body, the socket according to the invention carries a locking ring on its lower edge, which limits the extension movement of the socket from the base body.

According to a preferred development, the bushing has a rubber ring in the area of its stop collar which limits the clear width of the bushing. This rubber ring creates a clamp between the bushing and the locking bolt penetrating the bushing. If the locking bolt moves upwards as a result of a building deformation, it pulls the bushing, which is loosely mounted in the base body, out of the base body and thus ensures secure locking of the sliding sash.

At the end of the bushing 3 opposite the stop collar 4, the bushing 3 is provided on its outside with a circumferential groove in which a locking ring 6 is mounted.

As a result of the stop collar 4 at the upper end and the retaining ring 6 at the lower end of the bushing 3, the bushing 3 can move in the opening by an amount that corresponds to the distance between the stop collar 4 and the retaining ring 6 without moving out of the base body 1 fall.

When the locking bolt (not shown) engages in the bushing 3 to lock a sliding sash, it penetrates the rubber ring 5, whereby the locking bolt is firmly clamped in the socket 3 due to the clamping effect of the rubber ring 5. If the locking bolt now moves upwards due to building deformation, it can pull the bushing 3 out of the base body 1 without the locking of the sliding sash being able to be released.

If the locking of the sliding sash is to be released, the locking bolt is pulled back into the sliding sash. The bushing 3 is taken along due to the rubber ring 5, but its stop collar 4 comes into contact with the sliding sash, whereby the bushing 3 is stripped from the locking bolt and can fall back into the base body 1.
