Abstract

The mattress is formed of viscoelastic foam, particularly different textile coatings of the foam. A mat of spacer textile, particularly spacer fabric is combined with one or multiple layers of viscoelastic foam. The spacer textile forms an air cushion and the formation of the permanent air cushion is supported by the resiliency of the foam.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen nachgiebigen geschichteten Aufbau für eine Matratze oder dergleichen.The invention relates to a resilient layered structure for a mattress or the like.

Nach einem älteren Vorschlag besteht der nachgiebige Aufbau ganz oder teilweise aus Abstandsgewirke bzw. Distanzgewirke. Die Gewirke können auch Gestricke oder Gewebe sein. Auch Kombinationen mit anderen Materialien, z. Nach der Erfindung wird das dadurch erreicht,
daß eine Matte aus Abstandstextil, insbesondere aus Abstandsgewirke, mit einer oder mehreren Schichten aus viscoelastischem Schaum kombiniert wird. Solche Matten sind bereits als Auflage üblicher Federkernmatratzen bekannt. Im Zusammenhang mit Matratzen aus viscoelastischem Schaum ist die Verwendung von Abstandstextilien nicht bekannt. Das wird auf die Besonderheit von viscoelastischer Schaum zurückgeführt.According to the invention, this is achieved by

Demgegenüber zeichnet sich ein Abstandsgewirke durch eine extrem gute Luftzirkulation, auch durch Reinigungsfreundlichkeit aus.
