Abstract
Vorrichtung zur Messung von Biegemomenten an Serienbauteilen dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Meßstab (1) mit mindesten drei Haltestäben (2) auf einem Basisträger (3) befestigt ist, der seinerseits mit dem Serienbauteil (5) formschlüssig verbunden ist, wobei der Meßstab (1) sich außerhalb des Serienbauteils (5) befindet, parallel zu dessen Längsachse ausgerichtet ist, auf seiner Ober- und Unterseite Dehnungsmesser (4) aufweist, und die senkrecht stehenden Haltestäbe (2) horizontale Verschiebungen zwischen dem Meßstab (1) und dem Basisträger (3) in Längsrichtung des Serienbauteils (5) erlauben, aber steif in dessen Querrichtung gestaltet sind.Device for measuring bending moments on series components, characterized in that a measuring rod (1) with at least three holding rods (2) is attached to a base support (3) which in turn is positively connected to the series component (5), the measuring rod (1) is located outside of the series component (5), is aligned parallel to its longitudinal axis, has strain gauges (4) on its top and bottom, and the vertical holding rods (2) horizontal displacements between the measuring rod (1) and the base support (3) allow in the longitudinal direction of the series component (5), but are designed to be rigid in the transverse direction.
