Abstract

Description

Carriers, colloquially referred to as transport pallets, and demountable containers are now indispensable in transport logistics.

A characteristic of almost all charge carriers is that they have a deck. On the deck, the goods are stacked. Underneath the deck there are recesses which cooperate with the fork of a conveyor, such as a fork-lift truck, a stacker crane or a lift truck, so that the load carriers and the goods located on them can be lifted and displaced. On such carriers, a variety of different goods and products can be transported.

Other, predominantly non-stackable and / or very delicate goods, such as melons or other fruits, are transported in collapsible containers. These collapsible containers comprise a bottom and usually four container walls and partially also a lid.

So that the container can be dismantled, the container walls are detachably connected with each other and with the ground. The invention has for its object to provide a carrier and a collapsible container, which are cheaper to produce, durable and in particular repairable. In addition, the bottom of the collapsible container should also be used as a flat pallet.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a load carrier with a polygonal, preferably a rectangular deck, and with several feet, wherein the deck is bounded by a plurality of edges, solved in that means for receiving a container wall are detachably arranged at the edges.

According to the invention, it is therefore provided that the means for accommodating a container wall are not formed in the actual load carrier made of plastic as a rule, but rather as separate components which can be arranged on the load carrier as needed or fastened there, preferably without tools.

This makes it possible, on the one hand, to use a load carrier according to the invention without restrictions on flat pallets or as the bottom of a collapsible container.

As a result, the required for goods logistics number of different pallets and other means of transport is reduced. The number of pieces in which the charge carrier according to the invention is produced, increases, since it can be used identically as the bottom of a collapsible container, which has a positive effect on the manufacturing costs and storage costs.

Furthermore, even with the heaviest use as the bottom of a collapsible container, the life of the carrier over conventional trays is significantly improved because the most vulnerable areas of the soil, namely where the grooves are provided for receiving a container wall, are designed as a separate component and this Components can be easily replaced in case of damage. As a result, the life of the charge carrier increases significantly, which also leads to improved efficiency.

It has proved to be advantageous if the means for receiving a container wall can be suspended in the load carrier, thereby it is possible without tools a resilient and stable form-fitting connection between the means for receiving a container wall and the charge carrier which forms the bottom of the container wall to manufacture. The means according to the invention for receiving a container wall have a groove in which the container walls are received similarly to conventional flat pallets which are designed to receive a container wall. This makes it possible to use already available on the market container walls in the collapsible container according to the invention.

It has proved to be particularly advantageous if a side wall of the groove of the means for receiving a container wall protrudes upward beyond the deck of the charge carrier. Preferably, this is the outer side wall of the groove, so that a particularly good fixation is possible.

Finally, it is also provided that the means for receiving a container wall are shorter than the edges of the deck. This means that at the corners of the load carrier, the container walls do not rest in the groove of the means for receiving a container wall, but are designed to be cantilevered. This ensures the nestability of the load carrier.

It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the means for receiving a container wall made of sheet metal, in particular of sheet steel, are made. Then namely the outer parts, namely in particular the groove for receiving the container walls, best possible protection against damage. At the same time, the charge carrier, which is made of plastic, preferably made of recycled plastic, protected from overloading.
