Abstract
Description
The The invention relates to a method according to the Preamble of claim 1.
Bei den Mahlwerkzeugen spricht man meist von Garnituren.since It has long been known that pulp fibers, i. H. Frischzellstoff- or recycled paper fibers, ground so that later paper made from this the desired properties, especially strength, formation and surface, has. Milling methods of the type considered here use grinding tools, which are provided with strips designated as knives. The corresponding Machines are usually called Mahlrefiner. At the grinding tools one speaks mostly of trimmings.
Refinergarnituren

Of the Invention is based on the object, a method for pulp grinding to create, with which it is possible, the grinding economically and to carry out particularly uniformly, d. H. that the desired Mahltechnologischen changes in all fibers are as equal as possible.
These The object is achieved by the features mentioned in claim 1.
Anspruch 13 beschreibt eine für das Verfahren besonders geeignete Mahlgarnitur.claim 13 describes a method which is particularly suitable for the method Grinding set.
in weit stärkerer Form.
also an die Messerkanten gefördert.
It has already been developed a larger number of different Mahlgarnituren that differ mainly by blade width, number of knives and the angle of the knife edges to the radius. The method according to the invention proposes, as a substantial improvement, to change the groove depth so that an additional possibility of influencing the grinding action of the refiner can be used, namely the change in the backflow within the clothings. This can be explained as follows:
The grooves are to be regarded as flow channels for the suspension. It can be assumed that as a result of the rotational movement of the rotor and the pulp suspension entrained by it, a strong pressure build-up takes place from the radially inner to the radially outer regions. Similar processes also occur in centrifugal pumps, of course in much stronger form. Due to this pressure difference takes place in the non-rotating grooves, ie between the blades of the stator, at least partially, a back flow of the suspension from radially outside to radially inside instead. This backflow can be influenced by changing the groove width in the flow direction. On the way the backflowing suspension travels within a groove, a transition can take place from the open side of the groove to the counterset. This effect is reinforced by a decreasing groove depth in the flow direction. Thus, the exit of the suspension from the grooves lying between the milling strips is conveyed into the milling zone, that is to the knife edges. This repetition of the milling processes, the grinding is uniform, which is technologically and energetically of particular advantage. With the measures according to the invention, this transition can be strengthened.
In Many cases assume that it is the solution the task of the invention is sufficient, the grooves only in the Mahlgarnituren uneven deep to do that are used on the stator.
It But it is just as conceivable, the depth of the grooves in the rotor fittings to vary, so there especially from the inside out get bigger, even the rotor side Flow channels to the due to the recirculation flow to adjust the increased volume flow. To what extent, that depends on whether a large internal circulation to improve the grinding result. Another consideration goes there, the groove depth of the rotor fittings from the inside out to shrink, around the fiber suspension flowing therein reinforced to force in the refining zone between the sets.
