Dazu wurde eine Kupferlegierung mit der Härte F60 verwendet. Diese B-Plus-Lasche ist dabei mit einer Leiterschiene des Aluminium-Stanzgitters verbunden, wobei diese Verbindung eine Ultraschallschweißstelle ist. Diese Leiterschiene wird in einem nachfolgendem Kunststoffumspritzvorgang und mit einem Glasfaser verstärkten PET-Kunststoff umspritzt.
