Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Filteranlage mit Rückspüleinrichtung zur Reinigung eines Mediums von den mitgeführten Schmutzpartikeln, die z. B. im Strebbetrieb eines Untertagebergbaus durch die langen Versorgungswege und auch dem verwendeten Öl-/Wassergemisch anfallen. Es hat sich als vorteilhaft herausgestellt, Doppelfilter mit voneinander unabhängigen Filterkammern zu verwenden. Hierbei werden z. B. die beiden Filterkammern durch zwei im Kopf eingesetzte Umschaltkugeln derart miteinander verbunden, dass beide Filterkammern im Filterbetrieb parallel durchströmt werden. Die Drehung einer Umschaltkugel bewirkt, dass der eingangsseitige Zulauf zur nachfolgenden Filterkammer gesperrt wird. Gleichzeitig wird für die gesperrte Filterkammer die Rückspülung freigegeben. Die Rückspülung der beiden Filterkammern erfolgt stets wechselseitig und ist ohne Unterbrechung des laufenden Betriebes durchführbar. Als Parameter für die Umsteuerung auf Rückspülung kann z. B. die Druckdifferenz zwischen Eingang und Auslass der Filtergehäuse gewählt werden.
