– einem Rektalkatheter (100) mit einer mit den Elektroden (50) des Ureterkatheters (10) zusammenwirkenden Gegenelektrode,
wobei
jeder Elektrode (50) wenigstens eine die Wandung des Ureterkatheters durchbrechende, mit einem ablatiertes Gewebe abführenden Kanal kommunizierende Einlassöffnung (40) benachbart angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dem Ballon (30) distal eine weitere Einlassöffnung (42), angeordnet ist, wobei die Einlassöffnung (40) und die weitere Einlassöffnung (42) mit einen ablatiertes Gewebe aus den Katheter (10) abführenden Katheterkanal kommunizieren, sodass ein Strom nach auserhalb des Patientenkörpers verursacht und dabei in Bereich der Einlassöffnungen (40) anfallender Debris nach außen transportiert wird.Catheter system (10, 100) for the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy or hyperplasia with
