Abstract
Description
The Invention relates to a fertilizer using fire extinguishing powder, containing the ammonium phosphate and / or ammonium sulfate.
It is known in the prior art, from old fire extinguishing powder disposed of fire extinguishers usually is a mixture of ammonium phosphates and ammonium sulfates, as a fertilizer additive to use. As these fire extinguishing powder strongly hydrophobic, loosen they are not in the ground and are therefore largely ineffective, it unless, the hydrophobing is so reduced that the plant availability by a sufficient solubility in water is ensured. Since this is usually not the case, must be old Fire extinguishing powder still be deposited costly.
In
The thus obtained liquid can then be used as a fertilizer additive be used. However, this processing of fire-extinguishing powder is expensive.
To a proposal not yet in the state of the art (see German Patent Application 10 2005 015 928.1) is to put fire extinguishing powder with liquid manure and the treated manure as fertilizer applied. However, it has been proven that this product is not particularly well marketable is.
Of the The present invention is therefore based on the object of a fertilizer to provide, in particular from fire extinguishers disposed fire extinguishing powder is usable and that is well marketable, mainly because of its consistency.
These The object is achieved by a fertilizer solved, where the fire extinguishing powder with Vinasse is offset. With this combination you get one spreadable and non-dusting powder, which market well and on the Field. This especially applies if the proportion of fire extinguishing powder in the mixture of vinasse and fire extinguishing powder does not exceed 85% by weight.
In Vinasse is a generally viscous product that is obtained in the sugar beet or sugar cane processing by fermentation of the resulting Me lasse and by concentrating the thus obtained, de-sugared molasses. A suitable Vinasseprodukt is under the trademark "Florakal ®" manufactured Uniferm commercially available. It contains about 50 wt .-% K 2 SO 4 with a K 2 O content of 28 wt .-%. Preferably, the potassium sulphate content should in range between 40 and 60% by weight.
Es hat einen K2O-Gehalt von 36 bis 38 Gew.-% und einen Schwefelgehalt von ca. 20 Gew.-%.Alternatively or in combination with the above fertilizer, the fire extinguishing agent may also be treated with potassium sulfate obtained by mixing vinasse with ammonium sulphate and thereby exchanging the potassium ions for ammonium ions in the form of a dry powder. Also, this product is well marketable because of its consistency, especially if it is ensured that not more than 50 wt .-% fire extinguishing powder in the mixture of this with the potassium sulfate is present. Then you get a spreadable and non-dusting powder that can be easily applied on the field. A corresponding product is available from Epandage-Vinasse-Ausbringungs-GmbH under the name "Vinasse-Kali-Extract." It has a K 2 O content of 36 to 38% by weight and a sulfur content of about 20% by weight. -%.
When Fire extinguishing powder is particularly suitable, which is untreated and disposed of fire extinguishers is. Preferably, the fire-extinguishing powder should be ABC fire extinguishing powder be.
