Abstract

The stencil holder comprises a holding frame (1) comprising four strips (3,5,7,9) having holding pins which project beyond the strips, and which are insertable in receiving holes in the stencil. The holding pins are pivotably mounted in one holding strip of an opposing pair of strips, and are movable about a given angle, between an open position for receiving the stencil, and a clamping position in which the stencil is clamped under tension. The holding pins are biased in the clamping position by spring force, and can be pivoted into the receiving position under externally applied counterforce. An independent claim is included for a stencil holding system.
