Ein Großteil des durch die Keramikfilter laufenden Materials fließt im Primärkreislauf in den Arbeitsbehälter zurück.at a preferred embodiment, with a template of preferably only 10 1 detergent, the soiled one is running Material from the cleaning chamber into the crossflow filtration. By the channels the ceramic filter is the detergent to be filtered with an amount preferably of 5,000-12,000 liters / hour at one Pressure is preferably between 5 and 10 bar. Much of the through The ceramic filter running material flows back into the primary circuit in the working container.
The filtered material, which is color, any kind of dirt and oil residues is free, runs in the reservoir for fresh material. From there, it is returned to the cleaning process.
In order to prevent filter wear, the installed filters are backwashed by a microprocessor in countercurrent, ie from the clean side to the dirty side. This backwashing can be carried out with a gas, preferably air or a liquid, preferably the cleaning agent. This backwashing preferably takes a few seconds, so that the performance of the filtration unit is not adversely affected. In a preferred embodiment, depending on the number of filter rods and a preferred filter area of preferably not more than 1 m 2, an automatic filtration capacity of preferably up to 100 liters / hour is ensured.
After the cleaning process in the preferred embodiment is completed in less than 5 minutes and the performance of the high-pressure cleaner at preferably max. 100-150 liters / hour, the filtration performance of the cleaning device according to the invention is usually determined with a filter area of preferably 0.4 m 2 . This filter surface is sufficient to quantitatively filter out the existing amount of dirt.
In the purification process according to the invention, the yield of the filtration is preferably more than 96%, but preferably 98-99%. The dirt accumulates in the cleaning chamber. After egg An enrichment of approx. 30-40% by weight of contaminated cleaning agent must be emptied of the cleaning chamber and the contaminated cleaning agent concentrate must be destroyed as special waste.
There while the filtration probably also the detergency of the detergent, which is preferably 5-10% pure with water is used, is reduced, or cleaner shares accumulate in the dirt of the cleaning chamber, it is necessary to automatically nachzudosieren fresh detergent, which is the usual High-pressure radiators is unproblematic. Instead of the high-pressure radiator can also booster pumps can be used, which at the same working pressure as the high-pressure lamps work.
In the cleaning chamber and in the reservoir are preferably the Fill levels continuously over one freely programmable system specified and controlled.
