Erfindungsgemäß werden die beiden Kunststoffkomponenten, welche einen unterschiedlichen Transparenzgrad, im Übrigen aber gleiche oder zumindest ähnliche Werkstoffeigenschaften besitzen, nacheinander in eine unverändert der endgültigen Scheibenform entsprechende Werkzeugkavität in der Weise eingespritzt, dass zunächst mit der getönten Kunststoffkomponente ein Teilvolumen der Werkzeugkavität ausgefüllt und dann unmittelbar anschließend, d. h. im noch viskosen Zustand der getönten Kunststoffkomponente, die durchsichtige Kunststoffkomponente nachgespritzt und dadurch die getönte Kunststoffkomponente an den Rand der Werkzeugkavität so verdrängt wird, dass deren Schichtdicke nach außen hin zunimmt. Mit dem erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird somit auf fertigungsmäßig einfache Weise, z. B. auf der Basis des Sandwich-Spritzgießverfahrens, jedoch mit weitgehend materialgleichen Spritzgießmassen und einer ungleichförmigen Materialverteilung im Formwerkzeug, eine hochgradig stabile und äußerst spannungsarme Bindung zwischen den beiden Kunststoffkomponenten und zugleich ein optisch weicher Übergang von dem durchsichtigen Innenbereich der Kunststoffscheibe zum dunklen Scheibenrand erzielt.According to the invention, the two plastic components which have a different degree of transparency, but the same or at least similar material properties, are successively injected into a tool cavity corresponding to the final disc shape in such a way that first a partial volume of the tool cavity is filled with the tinted plastic component and then immediately thereafter , d.
