Abstract
In einer Hybridkompressorvorrichtung mit einer Riemenscheibe (110), einem Elektromotor (120), einem Kompressor (130) und einer Steuereinheit (160) können die jeweiligen Drehwellen (111, 121, 131) der Riemenscheibe (110), des Elektromotors (120) und des Kompressors (130) unabhängig gedreht werden und diese Drehwellen sind mit einem Geschwindigkeitsänderungsmechanismus (150) verbunden, durch den eine Drehkraft von einer Drehwelle (111) zu den übrigen Drehwellen (121, 131) unter Änderung der Drehzahl übertragen werden kann. Der Elektromotor (120) besteht aus einem IPM-Elektromotor, in dessen Rotorabschnitt (120a) Permanentmagnete (122) angeordnet sind, und der Geschwindigkeitsänderungsmechanismus (150) ist an der Innenumfangsseite des Rotorabschnitts (120a) aufgenommen. Die Steuereinheit (160) steuert eine Drehzahl des Elektromotors (120), und die Drehzahl des Kompressors (130) kann bezüglich der Drehzahl der Riemenscheibe (110) erhöht und verringert werden.In a hybrid compressor apparatus having a pulley (110), an electric motor (120), a compressor (130) and a control unit (160), the respective rotating shafts (111, 121, 131) of the pulley (110), the electric motor (120) and of the compressor (130) are independently rotated, and these rotary shafts are connected to a speed change mechanism (150) by which a rotational force can be transmitted from one rotating shaft (111) to the other rotating shafts (121, 131) by changing the rotational speed. The control unit (160) controls a rotational speed of the electric motor (120), and the rotational speed of the compressor (130) can be increased and decreased with respect to the rotational speed of the pulley (110).
