Somit entfällt auch das störende Geräusch, das bei der Arbeitsweise einer Pumpe entsteht. Die Gaseintragvorrichtung kann in beliebigen Größen und sehr preisgünstig hergestellt werden. Gegenüber der Verwendung einer Pumpe besteht der weitere Vorteil, daß keine Verstopfung oder andere Betriebsstörungen auftreten können. Die Bildung einer Gasblasentraube unterhalb der Mischkammer ist reproduzierbar. Bei Verwendung der Gaseintragvorrichtung zur Zuführung von Sauerstoff in das Wasser eines Aquariums besteht der Vorteil, daß das zulaufende Frischwasser selbst mit Luftsauerstoff angereichert wird und nicht das Mischwasser im Aquarium.
