Abstract
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbkonversionsfilters und ein Farbfilter mit Farbkonversionsfunktion zu schaffen, wodurch das Herstellungsverfahren vereinfacht werden kann und eine sehr detaillierte Musterbildung (patterning) möglich ist. DOLLAR A Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbkonversionsfilters vorgeschlagen, das gekennzeichnet ist durch eine Stufe der Bildung von Farbfilterschichten auf einem transparenten Substrat, eine Stufe der Bildung einer Farbstoffschicht, die einen Farbkonversionsfarbstoff enthält, auf den Farbfilterschichten und eine Stufe der Belichtung der Farbstoffschicht durch das transparente Substrat und die Farbfilterschichten unter Verwendung eines farbstoffzersetzenden Lichts, wodurch Farbkonversionsschichten in Positionen gebildet werden, die den Farbfilterschichten entsprechen.
