Abstract

Verfahren zum Plasmaspritzen zur Herstellung von metallischen und/oder keramischen Schichten, umfassend die Schritte DOLLAR A - Zuführen von elektrisch leitfähigem Spritzgut und Trägergas in eine Plasmazone der Plasmaspritzvorrichtung, DOLLAR A - Verdampfung des Spritzgutes innerhalb der Plasmazone mit einem zwischen Anode und Kathode gezündeten Hochstrom-Bogenplasma, DOLLAR A - Verspritzen des Plasmas durch eine Spritzdüse der Plasmaspritzvorrichtung unter Bildung eines Plasmastrahls, DOLLAR A - Abscheidung einer Schicht auf einem Substrat, DOLLAR A wobei die Kathode zur Erzeugung des Hochstrom-Bogenplasmas durch das elektrisch leitfähige Spritzgut gebildet wird, sowie hierfür geeignete Vorrichtung zum Plasmaspritzen.
