Abstract

Ein Bohrwerkzeug (1) mit einem gewendelten Schaft (2), einem maschinenseitigen, zur Aufnahme in eine längs einer Achse (A) drehende und schlagende Handwerkzeugmaschine ausgebildeten Einsteckende (3) und einem werkzeugseitigen Bohrkopf (4) mit zumindest einer eingesetzten Hartstoffschneide (5) mit einer sich diametral über einen Bohrdurchmesser (D) erstreckenden Schneidkante (6), wobei im axialen Kopfbereich (7) genau zwei beidseitig quer zur Schneidkante (6) radial bis zumindest 80% des Rohrdurchmessers (D) auskragende Stützstege (8a, 8b) vorhanden sind, zwischen welchen und der Hartstoffschneide (5) genau vier Abfuhrquerschnitte (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Stützstege (8a, 8b) im Axialbereich (10) der Schneidkante (6) direkt eine längs der Achse (A) orientierte Auflauffläche (11a, 11b) ausbilden, deren Härte überall um zumindest 200 HV10 geringer ist als die der Hartstoffschneide (5).
