Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung gabelförmiger Bauteile (1.1, 1.2) aus einem Rohrabschnitt (1) mit einer Längsachse (A), wobei die Rohrwandung (2) mitels mindestens eines Stempels (S) radial nach innen in der Art einer einen Boden (4) aufweisenden Einstülpung (3) umgeformt wird. Erfindungsgemäß werden der Boden (4) der Einstülpung (3) und der dem Boden (4) gegenüberliegende Bereich (5) des Rohrabschnitts (1) herausgetrennt, so dass ein Durchbruch (6) im Rohrabschnitt (1) entsteht, und anschließend der Rohrabschnitt (1) in einem Winkel kleiner gleich 90 DEG zu seiner Längsachse (A) im Bereich des Durchbruchs (6) getrennt wird, so dass zwei gabelförmige Bauteile (1.1, 1.2) entstehen, die jeweils eine Gabel (G) mit zwei Vorsprüngen (G1, G2) aufweisen.
