Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Die Natur- oderThe invention relates to a method for producing a suede-like sheet; this is according to the invention produced in such a way that a base, such as. B. metal cloth, paper, fabric, Knitted fabrics or the like, coated in a known manner with filmable natural or plastics in liquid form and a soluble salt is applied to the still liquid coating. After solidification the coating is peeled off the film made of natural or synthetic materials from the base and that Salt washed out by treating with a solvent. If necessary, the generated rough surface reground. Melts, for example, can be used as the layer material, Solutions, dispersions or plasticizer and / or solvent-containing pastes made from macromolecular Natural or plastics, such as rubber, synthetic rubber, olefin polymers, such as. B. Polymers or copolymers of vinyl chloride, cellulose derivatives, polyurethanes. The natural or

Die kochsalzhaltige Folie wird durch Auswaschen mit Wasser in einem Färbejigger vom Kochsalz befreit, wobei zweckmäßigerweise eine ständige Erneuerung des 80° warmenplasticized, pigmented polyvinyl chloride paste, which contains 55 parts of dioctyl phthalate and 10 parts of dye per 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride and the liquid layer solidifies in a drying tunnel for 4 minutes at 120 ° that the coated paper can be rolled up without sticking together. Then another spread of polyvinyl chloride paste of the specified composition applied, which one by means of a fine-meshed sieve dusted as evenly as possible with powdered table salt. The dusted paper web then runs through a gelation channel, where it takes 4 minutes to a temperature of 165 ° is heated. It is cooled by being guided around a water-cooled drum, namely in the Way that the polyvinyl chloride paste layer, which is dusted with common salt and now forms a tear-resistant and stretchable film runs for itself on a winding dock, while the paper is separated from it and rolled up on a second winding dock at the same time will. The paper can be used several times for the same process. The saline film is freed from table salt by washing with water in a dye jigger, which is expedient a constant renewal of the 80 ° warm
