Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a contact switching device, which for connection to or integration into a mobile Communication device, in particular a mobile phone is, with a transmitter for sending a contact signal and a receiving device for receiving a contact i gnals.
Some such contacts are already from the prior art switching facilities known, especially for the Installation in a mobile phone.
Die Signale werden alternativ über Funk, per Infrarot oder per Ultraschall übertragen.DE 197 32 574 A1, DE 295 11 077 U1 and DE 197 26 863 A1 for example, each show a partner search device that is not for installation in a mobile phone is provided. These partners search devices send a call / ready signal via Radio, which in turn comes from a second partner search device, that is within a certain radius of the first device located, can be received. The signals become alternative transmitted via radio, infrared or ultrasound.
Die Datenübertragung kann hierbei elek tromagnetisch, optisch, akustisch oder sogar über einen her kömmlichen Elektrokontakt erfolgen.DE 299 04 686 U1 shows a mobile phone in which one Partner search device is included. However, both have to be on mobile phone owners who are looking for a Recognize each other visually perceptible marking and switch on your respective partner search device after detection. Only then will there be a data exchange between the two parts search devices instead, whereupon the exchanged data Similarities (according to common personal interests and Characteristics, etc.) are compared and if there is sufficient over agreeing the data to the two mobile phone owners a Si gnal is conveyed. The data transmission can be electrical tromagnetic, optical, acoustic or even over one conventional electrical contact.
Der MP3-Spieler enthält ferner eine Richtempfangsantenne, mit der die Richtung eines zweiten Gerätes bestimmt und auf einer Anzeige angezeigt werden kann.WO 00/11 793 shows a special MP3 player (in addition also a PDA (Personal Digital Organizer) and a GSM Telephone), in which an additional device for the transmission of per similar data of the MP3 player owner to a second one ches device is provided, which is within a certain Radius of the first device. The MP3 player contains also a directional reception antenna with which the direction of a second device determined and displayed on a display can.
The publication DE-PS 197 45 350 shows a mobile phone, wel ches on the one hand by means of a first frequency over the normal GSM cellular network with a second mobile phone and another on the one hand by means of a second frequency directly with the second Mo biltelefon can communicate, provided that this is in Sen de / reception range is located. However, at this pressure font provided that the mobile number of the person to be called Cellular phones are known. A control circuit tries on closing, contact with the two only via the second frequency mobile phone and if this is due to the Reich far is not possible, it causes the establishment of a übli Chen cellular connection via the GSM cellular network.
The publication DE-OS 197 32 574 in turn shows a mobile phone fon with a built-in partner search device, which constantly emits personal data of the mobile phone owner or personal data of a second mobile phone with partner search device receives. Then the received and saved saved, sent data compared and with each other corresponding signal to the mobile phone Owner spent.
Finally, the document DE 197 45 350 C1 still shows Mobile phone, which on the one hand according to the GSM standard for Mo biltelefone and on the other hand according to the DECT standard for cord can make calls to los phones. A control circuit in the The cell phone is now trying to connect to a called party Participants only via the cheaper DECT standard build and only after a failure a usual connection over the To initiate GSM standard. For DECT communication a direct connection between the mobile phones or a indirect connection via a so-called relay station be built.
In summary it can be stated that none of the Kon Clock switching devices from the prior art possible is present among several within an isotropic radius which other contact switching facilities a certain Selecting and addressing the facility selectively.
The invention is based, the known in Ge councils for mobile communication (hereinafter referred to as mobile comm communication devices) integrated or built-in To further develop contact switching institutions celn that in the search for partners more specifically to those in contact stepping person can be accessed.
According to a first alternative according to the invention the invention in that in a generic Kon clock switching device the transmission means with a judge means for the directional transmission of the contact signal in a vorbe agreed solid angle partial area is coupled.
According to a second alternative according to the invention, the Invention a contact switching device, which also for connection to or integration into a mobile commu nikationsgerät, in particular a mobile phone is designed. In this alternative, the contact exchange includes device a receiving device for receiving a mobile radio gnals another mobile communication device as well as with decoding means coupled to the receiving device for de encode an identification signal of the mobile communication onsgeräts, especially the mobile network number of the further Mobile phones from the received cellular signal. It includes a text message coupled to the decoding means ten generating device for generating text messages, in particular an SMS generation device for generating an SMS message containing a predefinable text module, the deco dated identification signal and a destination address one Text messaging server included. Finally includes a directional device coupled to the receiving device tenne for receiving the mobile radio signal from a predetermined th solid angle range.
Both alternatives make the superordinate feature Ge need that the contact signal only in a limited Solid angle range sent or the mobile radio signal from one limited solid angle subrange is received, which the Target person to whom contact should be established, selectively ver can be selected.
In der Zeich nung zeigen: The invention and further advantages and features of the invention are now based on preferred embodiments with Be train explained in more detail on the accompanying drawing. In the drawing show:
Fig. 1 ein schematisches Blockschaltdiagramm eines bevorzug ten Ausführungsbeispiels der ersten erfindungsgemäßen Alternative, und Fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a preferred embodiment of the first alternative according to the invention, and
Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of a preferred embodiment of the second alternative according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic block diagram of a preferred embodiment of the first alternative according to the invention native. Thereafter, the contact switching device 2 comprises a transmission means 4 for transmitting a contact signal, a receiving means 6 for receiving a contact signal, a control means 8 , a directional transmission means 10 , an all-round reception means 12 , a switching means 13 , optionally an interface 14 and optionally a connection connection 16 . The contact switching device 2 can for example be a mobile communication device 18 , such as a cell phone 18 , a PDA with an integrated cell phone, a cell phone with an integrated PDA, a walkie-talkie, a lab top, an organizer, an MP3 player, a GPS satellite locating device, for example . Ä. To be integrated with an additional card for the transmission of data via mobile radio, etc. (in this case, the interface 14 and the connection connection 16 are omitted). The above list of mobile communication devices is not exhaustive, but is also intended to cover alternatives that will come onto the market in the future, in particular with the new mobile radio standards (GMS, UMTS, etc.). So there is currently a big trend recognizable, mobile devices that fulfill a certain technical function (e.g. an MP3 music player, a GPS satellite positioning system, etc.) to improve the technical ability of mobile communication with similar devices expand certain mobile radio standards (GSM, city call, Eurofunk, etc.) (the data exchanged via mobile radio can be text, audio, video, or other data standards). The contact switching device 2 is in particular designed so that it can be used for several different mobile communication devices 18 , so that the contact switching device 2 is advantageously widely distributed among the population. For the sake of simplicity, the exemplary embodiment is described below with the aid of a mobile telephone as a mobile communication device 18 , which, however, is not to be understood as restrictive.
As an alternative to the integration of the Kontaktvermitt can averaging means 2 be formed as a attachable to the mobile phone 18 module, which, via the connecting terminal 16 with a corresponding connecting terminal 20 in the mobile telephone 18 to the mobile telephone 18 subsequently wired (e.g.., Via a standardized plug-in connection Slot, expansion slot, etc.) or wirelessly (e.g. via Bluetooth radio technology, etc.). For the wired variant, the housing of the contact switching device 2 can be designed such that it can be permanently and detachably connected to the housing of the mobile telephone 18 via a correspondingly adapted plug connection or the like.
The directional antenna 10 is coupled to the transmission means 4 and serves to send out the contact signal generated by the transmission means in a predetermined solid angle partial area. This solid angle partial area can be predetermined such that the contact signal emitted by the directional antenna 10 is bundled, for example, at a distance of approximately 2 m to a transverse length of 30 cm (if 800 kHz ultrasound is used for the transmission, see below). In principle, the contact signal can only be bundled up to a minimal solid angle sub-range, which depends on the carrier frequency of the contact signal used (for the 800 kHz ultrasound frequency, this is just the bundling specified above). However, the bundling is not made too strong for a sensible operation of the contact switching device 2 , so that at least one bundling surface corresponding to a person size is available at a suitable distance (e.g. 2-10 m). In this case, it is simply possible for the first mobile phone user to point at a specific target person even in a loose crowd around him. Preferably, the transmitting lobe of the directional ne 10 extends in the longitudinal direction of the mobile phone 18 so that the first mobile phone user has an easy-to-use bearing criterion for the alignment of his mobile phone 18 . Additionally or alternatively, the mobile telephone 18 or the contact switching device 2 can also have a laser pointer (not explicitly shown), the laser beam of which is aligned with the transmitting lobe of the directional transmitter 10 . The mobile phone user can then generate the laser beam, for example, by pressing a button and cause the transmitting means 4 to simultaneously transmit the contact signal while holding down the button. Thus, the mobile phone user can target the laser beam in a crowd at a selected person and send the contact signal to this person.
The receiving means 6 , on the other hand, is coupled to the all-round antenna 12 so that the contact signal emitted by the directional transmission means 10 can be received by a second mobile phone user with this contact switching device 2 from as large a solid angle range as possible.
The carrier frequency on which the transmitter 4 and the receiver 6 operate can be, for example, in the normal radio wave range, e.g. B. on the frequency for the DECT standard (Digital Enhanced or European Cordless Telecommunications) for cordless phones or on the actual mobile network frequency, for. B. the GSM radio frequency (Global System for Mobile Communication) lie gene. With radio waves, in particular in the high-frequency carrier frequency range with appropriate design of the directional transmitter 10 as a directional antenna, the required bundled radiation characteristic can easily be achieved. In the case of utilizing the actual mobile network frequency for integration of Kon must clock switching device 2 in the mobile phone 18 even no separate transmitter 4 and receiving means 6 used son countries it may be the phone internal transmitting and receiving means of be used, with only a corresponding control of the internal telephone transmission means by the Steuereinrich device 8 and switching the connection from the transmission means to the telephone internal antenna to the directional antenna 10 must be done.
Alternatively, an ultrasound (preferably as an 800 kHz carrier signal) or light carrier frequency in the visible or non-visible light range (infrared, etc.) can be used to send and receive the contact signal. In the case of the ultrasound carrier frequency, the directional transmission means 10 can be a piezoelectric actuator which is designed in such a way that its transmitting lobe is bundled in the predetermined solid angle range. In the case of the visible light signal, this signal can also be used directly as a bearing beam (as with the laser pointer mentioned above).
The contact switching device 2 is coupled either directly or via the interface 4 , the connection connections 16 and 20 , an interface 22 in the mobile telephone 18 to an internal SMS message generating device 24 (SMS = "Short Message Service"). For further details of the SMS message generating device 24 , reference is made to the relevant literature. This device 24 can, for example, generate a text message in SMS format that is entered via the keyboard (not shown) of the mobile telephone 18 or that is stored in a storage means (not shown) of the mobile telephone 18 . Either fixed SMS messages or text messages that can be entered via the keyboard of the mobile phone 18 can thus be sent, which contain, for example, personal data of the contact-searching mobile phone user (short profile about personal properties and / or interests) and / or the message that this SMS message is a contact search message.
The contact switching device 2 receives such SMS messages via the all-round antenna 12 coupled to the receiving means 6 . For this purpose, the all-round antenna 12 preferably has an all-round characteristic with which the contact signals can be received essentially from the entire solid angle range. The passive mobile phone user does not know from which direction the contact signal of the contact-searching mobile phone user is reaching him. In the case of the GSM carrier frequency or other mobile network frequencies (UMTS, etc.), the normal antenna of the mobile phone 18 can be used as the all-round antenna 12 , since this usually already has the required all-round characteristic.
The control means 8 can also be designed such that, after receiving a contact signal from a second contact switching device 2 of a second mobile telephone 18, it causes the sending means 4 to send an acknowledgment signal to the second contact switching device 2 . Since also in this case the contact signal received contact switching device 2 does not know from which direction this contact signal has come in, the switching means 13 which can be switched by the control means 8 is preferably provided. This Schaltmit tel 13 switches the output of the transmitter 4 from the directional transmitter 10 to the all-round antenna 12 . With this, the acknowledgment signal is broadcast essentially isotropically in all spatial directions so that it can reach the second contact switching device 2 . The control means 8 of the second contact switching device 2 controls the transmitting 4 , the receiving 6 and the switching means 13 further such that the contact signal is cyclically sent and a possible contact signal can be received. For this purpose, the control means 8 switches over, for example, in time between the transmitting means 4 and the receiving means 6 , so that the same frequency can be sent and received. Switching can take place by means of a time division multiplex method.
Of course, other message standards or Signals alternatively to the SMS standard as a contact signal be applied. Of these alternative news standards not the final example here is the conventional e-mail or the Eurosignal, the Cityruf standard or a new one for called the standard used UMTS frequencies.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic block diagram of a preferred embodiment be be according to the second fiction, contemporary alternative. According to this, a contact switching device 30 , which - like the first alternative - advises connecting or integrating into a mobile communication device, in particular a mobile phone 18 , can be designed as a receiving device 32 , a decoding means 34 coupled to the receiving device 32 SMS message generating device 36 coupled to decoding means 34 and a directional antenna 38 coupled to receiving device 32 .
The receiving device 32 is designed such that it can receive the actual mobile radio signal of a further mobile communication device, in particular a mobile telephone 18 . The following will make it easier. Readability of the description only dealt with the example of the mobile telephone 18 , but this should not be understood as restrictive (see above). Ge usually send such mobile phones 18 at regular intervals from mobile radio signals with which the mobile network can determine the position of the mobile phone 18 in the grid of the individual radio cells. This transmission is usually carried out at short intervals, so that the mobile network can still keep in contact even with rapid movements of the mobile phone 18 (for example when driving, etc.). The Mo bilfunkksignal usually includes an encrypted or unencrypted identification signal for the sending mobile phone 18th This can either be directly Mobilnetz- the telephone number of the mobile phone 18 or a login identification signal which the mobile telephone 18 after the gin Lo in the mobile network (usually each time the Mo biltelefons 18) is assigned. With other mobile radio standards, other identification signals can be used for the respective mobile phone 18 or mobile communication device (if such devices are coupled to a satellite location system, such as GPS, the position signal could be used as a detection signal, etc.). In any case, the mobile phone 18 or the mobile communication device sends out a mobile radio signal, from which a signal for the identification of the sending mobile phone 18 or mobile communication device can be extracted. For the sake of simplicity, this identification signal is referred to below as a mobile network number.
In some mobile networks, the actual mobile network call should number (i.e. the number that a caller immediately dials len must be transmitted unencrypted in the mobile radio signal, this data network could be reversed for data protection reasons be sent to send the mobile network number encrypted. Of course, the invention works equally well encrypted or unencrypted mobile network numbers. in the In the case of unencrypted mobile network numbers, can be used Data protection reasons can at least be thought of the Mo bilnetz phone number in the SMS message to be sent (see description below) to pack that you are listening de mobile phone users no opportunity to take note has (e.g. by reading the sent message afterwards).
The decoding means 34 can now decode the mobile network telephone number of the further mobile telephone 18 from the received mobile radio signal. For this purpose, it is necessary to filter out the signal section from the mobile radio signal, which carries the mobile network number (or the identification signal, see above).
The SMS message generating device 36 then generates an SMS message based on the extracted mobile network number, which contains a predeterminable SMS text module (for example with a content as in the above first alternative), the decoded or extracted (and possibly still encrypted, see above) includes mobile network number and a destination address. The destination address is, for example, the address of an SMS switching server which redirects the SMS messages addressed to it, as described below. The SMS message generating device 36 delivers the SMS message generated in this way via the two interfaces 14 and 22 and the two connection connections 16 and 20 to the SMS generating and transmitting device 24 in the mobile telephone 18 , so that the latter sends the SMS message via the mobile radio network , Alternatively, the SMS message generating device 36 in the contact switching device 30 can also be omitted and the SMS message can be generated directly by the SMS message generating device 24 in the mobile phone 18 . For this purpose, the decoding means 34 would have to pass the (possibly encrypted) mobile telephone number, prepared accordingly, to the message generating device 24 .
The SMS receiving means in the SMS mediation server receives the special SMS message. Its downstream decoding means decodes (analogously to the above decoding means) the mobile network number from the received SMS message, which is encrypted in the SMS message, for example, as subsequently encrypted or already decrypted by the decoding means 34 and passes this encrypted mobile network number to a decryption means (for example in the form of a look-up table with the encrypted and the corresponding decrypted mobile network numbers) for decryption. The SMS message without the decoded (ie with the mobile network number pulled out) is then sent from a sending means of the SMS switching server to the decrypted mobile network number, ie the targeted mobile phone.
If other text messaging standards are used (see above), so is the text messaging server to adapt accordingly (for example an email server at email text messages, etc.).
So that the contact-searching mobile phone user can also target a specific mobile phone 18 in a crowd, the directional antenna 38 has a specific reception characteristic that allows it to receive the mobile radio signal only from a predetermined solid angle partial area. This solid angle partial region can be predetermined such that only directional antenna 38 can receive mobile radio signals from mobile telephones 18 , which are, for example, at a distance of approximately 5 m on a transverse length of 1 m (see above).
Again, the directional antenna can be integrated into the mobile phone 18 or, when connecting the contact switching device 30 to the mobile phone 18, can be oriented such that the receiving lobe of the directional antenna 38 points in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the mobile phone 18 . The mobile phone 18 or the contact switching device 30 can further comprise the laser pointer aligned in the direction of the receiving lobe of the directional antenna 38 for visually targeting the target person.
Ausgangssignals auszuge ben.To generate a feedback to the contact searching mobile tele-user fon upon receipt of the mobile radiotelephone signal of the targeted mobile phone 18, the contact switch 30 comprises a coupled with the decoding means 34 control means 39 and a coupled to the control means 39 Ausgabemit tel 40th The control means 39 is designed such that when the mobile network number of the further mobile phone is decoded, the output means 40 causes an optical, acoustic or tactile (vibration signal, etc.) output signal to be output.
Of course, when integrating the contact switching device 30 into a mobile phone 18, the functions of the control 39 , the decoding 34 , the receiving 32 , possibly the output means 40 and the SMS message generating device 36 can be taken over by corresponding means inside the telephone, if these can only be adjusted accordingly. Only the directional antenna 38 should be accommodated as an additional component in the mobile phone 18 . If the directional reception characteristic of this alternative of the invention is not important, the normal mobile phone antenna can be used instead.
The contact switching device 30 can now optionally comprise a storage means 42 coupled to the decoding means 34 , in which, for example, a plurality of "intercepted" mobile network call numbers can be stored one after the other permanently and in a deletable manner. The mobile phone user can then call up these stored mobile network numbers at a later time in order to send a corresponding contact signal, for example, only then. In this case, further data can preferably be stored in the storage means 42 , such as the current time and date when the respective mobile network telephone number is "being listened to", and if a GPS system is used, the location coordinates (e.g. as location, Street and / or building names), possibly a personal note that can be entered via a keyboard or a voice recording that can be entered via a microphone, etc. In addition, the contact switching device could also comprise a camera (not shown) for taking digital photos or videos, wherein in this case, in addition to the "intercepted" mobile network call number, a corresponding photo or a video sequence of the associated target person can also be stored in the storage means 42 , which can be viewed subsequently.
The control means 39 may also be designed such that it receives the second contact switching device 30 , which has received a contact signal (for example the SMS message) from the first contact switching device 30 , after the user has entered a corresponding delete function by the second Mobile phones 18 can cause a corresponding delete signal to the first contact switching device 30 with which the stored in the storage means 42 "listened" mobile network number of the second mobile phone 18 is deleted.
