mit optischen und/oder akustischen oder beliebigen anderen Signaleinrichtungen für die z. B. nach einem beliebigen Zeitschema oder auch nach dem Zufallsprinzip wiederkehrenden Identifikationsaufforderungen (z. B. scannen);
mit weiteren optischen und/oder akustischen oder beliebigen anderen Warneinrichtungen für den Fahrer nach versäumter Identifikation trotz vorheriger Aufforderung, z. B. als Folge von Übermüdung am Lenkrad, um somit die Weiterfahrt zu verhindern;
bis hin zur Wegfahrsperre
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Betätigungselement als personifizierte, aktive und intelligente BinderCard ausgebildet ist und somit eine eigenständige Kontroll- und Überwachungs funktion ausüben kann;
daß die intelligente BinderCard mit einem Prozessor; mit einem Programmspeicher; mit einem Arbeitsspeicher; mit einem Interface; mit einem integrierten Fingerprint-Scanner (oder ersatzweise mit einem anderen, ähnlich funktionierenden Scanner, z. B. einem Iris-Scanner o. ä.) versehen ist;
daß die BinderCard zusätzlich mit einer eigenen Stromversorgung (z. B. Lithium-Batterie o. ä.); mit Solarzeilen; mit einem Anzeigendisplay; mit einem Datenspeicher versehen ist;
daß im kausalen Zusammenwirken der Komponenten untereinander die von ihnen jeweils unabhängig voneinander erfaßten, aufgezeichneten, überwachten und kontrollierten Ereignisse einer durch die BinderCard autorisierten Person manipulationssicher zugeordnet werden können. 1.
