Um diese Nachteile auszuschließen, wurde eine kraftschlüssige, klem­ mende und leicht lösbare Sicherung entwickelt. Dabei wird eine Ge­ windemutter Fig. 1, Teil 11, vom Innengewinde her so eingeschnitten, daß eine federnde Zunge entsteht, die an ihrer Innenseite das Ge­ winde beibehält. Von einer der Schlüsselflächen bzw. dem äußersten Umfang her wirkt radial durch eine kleinere Gewindebohrung eine Druckschraube, Fig. 1, Teil 12, die auf das lose Ende der Zunge drückt. Diese drückt wiederum ihr Innengewinde in das Bolzengewin­ de. Durch den Andruck und die einkeilende Wirkung in die gegensei­ tigen Gewindeflanken entsteht eine äußerst feste und materialschon­ ende Verbindung zwischen den Maschinenelementen, Fig. 1, Teile 10 und 11. Daß diese Sicherung nicht nur an reinen Verschraubungen, sondern auch an Maschinenteilen angewendet werden kann, zeigt Fig. 2 eine verstellbare Keilriemenscheibe. Teil 21 ist die Welle mit fester Scheibe. Teil 22 ist der verstellbare Scheibenteller mit der federnden Zunge und Teil 12 die Druckschraube.To eliminate these disadvantages, a force-locking, clamping and easily releasable fuse was developed.
