beliebig spannbarem Siebbelag.Vibrating sieve, especially for sieving fibrous or fine-grained ones
Screening material The invention relates to a vibrating screen, in particular for screening
of fibrous or fine-grained material to be screened or a mixture of both, with free
oscillating, i.e. in one direction, namely in the direction of the chain wires,
any tensionable screen lining.
It is previously known to place the screen lining on a screen frame in vibrating screens
to be tensioned on all sides, or if it is only in the longitudinal direction of the chain wires of the screen covering
is anxious to divide it into field widths at intervals by means of supports under the pavement,
which are generally no larger than 400 to 500 mm. Vibrating screen coverings that
swing over a free distance, for example 1 m, like a string, without support,
have not yet been used. In particular, such screen linings are with mesh sizes
below 500 #t has not been used so far because of the concern that the screen mesh strength,
especially at the clamping points, in continuous operation, and that the
Throughput, especially with fine-grained or fibrous material to be screened, unsatisfactory
must be.
However, it has been found that you can still achieve the tasks mentioned
Vibrating screens with freely swinging mounted screen covering that can be tensioned as required, the
only via the supports, which can simultaneously form the clamping elements, through a
Basic excitation is excited, if one is in the operating state with accumulating
Screen material adjusts the tension in the screen lining in such a way that the tension changes with the tension
Natural frequency of the loaded screen lining always in resonance with the basic excitation,
which is transferred to the screen lining via the bearings or clamping devices is available.
Here, the tension in the screen lining is to be set so high that the ratio of
Resistance of the screen covering to the damping resistance of the accumulating screenings if possible
is great. The limitation of the setting of the spring stiffness of the screen lining forms the
Bending fatigue strength of the chain wire material. With metallic materials
a dynamically tough steel with high flexural fatigue strength is preferably used.
In the case of non-metallic materials of a natural or artificial nature, it is expedient to choose
a substance, e.g. B. Plastic, long tear length with great scratch resistance. The protective wires
the screen lining can be made of another, z. B. from a soft metallic or
non-metallic material exist, especially since softness and a certain resilience
the weft wires is an advantage when it comes to sieving goods
Material is the hardness of which is greater than that of the material used for the screen lining.
Due to the adjustability of the screen tension of the screen lining in the operating state
the resonance to the basic excitation is also a multiple arrangement known per se
of screen linings in a screen frame or a screen trough possible, with the screen linings
staggered or arranged one above the other and by means of correspondingly variable
Inclination of the screen linings and the associated changes in the conveying speed
in the material to be sieved, in the area of each sieve fraction, the stated resonance condition can be met
is held.
For the clamping of the screen linings, it is important that a
the same tension is present over the entire width of the covering; for this it is advantageous
at the support points of the screen covering elastic pads, z. B. made of rubber, leather
or plastics.
