Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Mahlscheiben für Stiftmühlen, Desintegratoren u. dgl. Es ist bekannt, Tragscheiben und Schlagstifte der genannten Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung aus einem Stück aus Metall, z. B. aus Stahlguß, zu fertigen. Derartige Mahlscheiben aus Metall sind aber in vielen Fällen nicht genügend abriebfest und neigen zu Produktansätzen. Man hat deshalb zum Schutz gegen Metallabrieb und Korrosion bzw. Erosion, z. B. in Desintegratoren, die Stifte mit auswechselbaren Hülsen oder Umkleidüngen aus Metall oder Kunststoffen versehen, wobei der tragende Stift mehr oder weniger der umhüllten Form angepaßt ist. Bei schnell laufenden Maschinen besteht die Gefahr, daß solche Hülsen usw. bei der hohen mechanischen Beanspruchung, gegebenenfalls auch durch Alterung bei Gummi und Kunststoffen, in Teilen abfliegen und Anlaß zu Schäden bieten oder in das gemahlene Feingut geraten. Man hat deshalb versucht, solche Stifte ganz aus abriebfesten Kunststoffen herzustellen. Dabei hat es sich gezeigt, daß bei den üblichen Bohrungen der Stiftplatte, die ja eine Schwächung dieser rotierenden Platte darstellen, Kunststoffstifte infolge mechanischer Beanspruchung, auch durch Kerbwirkung, bei der hier gebotenen Form leicht abbrechen.The invention relates to grinding disks for pin mills, disintegrators and the like and striking pins of said crusher made of one piece of metal, e.g. B. made of cast steel.
