Das Außengewinde 24 ist hierbei in das Gewindeloch 2' des Schaftes 2 einzuschrauben. Das Innengewinde 23 wiederum dient dann zur Aufnahme der Gewindestange 1' an dem Bürstenkörper 1. Die Hülse kann hier als eine Art Wechseladapter dienen und mit verschiedenen Innengewinden ausgeführt sein. Diese können auch als verschiedene Gewindeabschnitte ausgeführt sein. Bei kleineren Bürstenkörpern kann auch ohne Wechselplatte direkt an den Schaft 2 angeschraubt werden.
