Abstract

Verfahren zum Transfer eines Musters auf Textilien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man
(a) eine transparente, hitzefeste und feuchtstabile Transferfolie (1), welche einseitig mit einem Mikrofasern, Cellulosepuder und/oder Acrylatdispersion enthaltenden Material beschichtet ist, auf ihrer Beschichtung (2) mit einem Farbmuster versieht,
(b) aus einer Fixierfolie (4), die im Vergleich zur Hitzefestigkeit der Transferfolie (1) bei geringer Temperatur schmilzt, mit dem jeweiligen Muster im wesentlichen konturengleiche Zuschnitte herstellt,
(c) die Transferfolie (1) mit ihrer beschichteten und mit dem Muster versehenen Seite (2) unter Zwischenschaltung eines das Muster überdeckenden Zuschnittes der Fixierfolie (4) auf die Textilie (3) auflegt,
(d) durch Hitzeeinwirkung die mit dem Muster versehene Beschichtung (2) unter Aufschmelzung des Zuschnittes der Fixierfolie (4) auf der Textilie (3) fixiert und

  • (c) die Transfertolie mit ihrer beschichteten und mit dem Muster versehenen Seite unter Zwischenschaltung eines das jeweilige Muster überdeckenden Zuschnittes der Fixierfolie auf der Textilie auflegt,
  • (d) durch Hitzeeinwikung die mit dem Muster versehene Beschichtung unter Aufschmelzung des Zuschnittes der Fixierfolie auf der Textilie fixiert und
  • (e) die Transferfolie abhebt.
