Abstract

The cylinder head has a rotary disc (1) for inlet (3) and outlet (4) control. The use of the rotary disc enables the inlet valves, the outlet valves, the valve springs, the camshafts and the rods to be eliminated. The considerable reduction in the number of components reduces friction and production costs and increases efficiency.

B. die Drehschieber auch an der Seite des Zylinders positioniert werden und sich die Öffnungen im oberen Teil des Zylinders befinden. Abb. 4.2) des Verdichtens geschlossen ist. Die Auslaßöffnung ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt, da sie vor der Einlaßöffnung im ersten Achtel liegt (s. h. Abb. 2) geschlossen.For illustration (see Fig. 2-4.4). Am oberen Totpunkt angelangt, hat der Drehschieber die Auslaßöffnung vollständig geschlossen und gibt die Einlaßöffnung wieder für die Ansaugphase frei. Claims (2)

1. Zylinderkopf für einen 4-Takt-Otto-Motor, der einen Drehschieber zur Ein und Auslaßsteuerung benutz dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Verwendung des Drehschiebers folgende Bauteile entfallen:
  • - Einlassventile
  • - Auslassventile
  • - Ventilfedern
  • - Nockenwelle
  • - Stößel
