Abstract
Die vorgeschlagene elastomere Zusammensetzung ist zur Herstellung von Ballons für Hydroakkumulatoren auf Basis Butadienakrylnitril-Kautschuk bestimmt. Diese enthält 100 Gewichtsteile Butadienakrylnitril-Kautschuk, Zinkoxid v.1 bis 5 Gewichtsteile, Stearinsäure von 1 bis 3 Gewichtsteile, Ofenruß v. 40 bis 60 Gewichtsteile, Dibutylphthalat von 8 bis 12 Gewichtsteile, N-Phenyl-N -Isopropyl-p-Phenylendiamin von 0,5 1,5 Gewichtsteile, 2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,2-Dihydrochinolin von 0,5 bis 2 Gewichtsteile, 4 oder 5 Methylmerkaptobenzimidazol von 0,5 bis 2 Gewichtsteile, Paraffin von 1 bis 3 Gewichtsteile, Schwefel von 0,1 bis 0,5 Gewichtsteile, Thiuram von 1,5 bis 2,5 Gewichtsteile und N-Zyklohexyl-2-benzthiszolyl-sulfenamid von 1,5 bis 2 Gewichtsteile. Die elastomere Zusammensetzung besitzt eine gute Beständigkeit gegenüber hydraulischen Ölen und eine erhöhte Exploitationszuverlässigkeit. Die elastomere Zusammensetzung besitzt eine gute Adhäsion dem Metall gegenüber.
