Abstract

The distribution device has disc-shaped contact components (1) which are provided with two rows of connecting elements (2), projecting on the front side, for incoming and outgoing lines (e.g. 10). The connecting elements (2) are connected to contact springs (3) on the rear side which, for their part, are electrically connected via a protection connector (5), which can be pushed in at the rear from the side. A short-circuit connector (8), with short-circuit links (9), can be connected to the connecting elements (2) on the front side of the distribution device. These links directly connect the connecting elements (2), which are located opposite one another in pairs, of the two rows. In consequence, the insertion and withdrawal of the protection connector (5) can reliably maintain the electrical connection between the connecting elements (2). <IMAGE>
