Description
The invention relates to a green-sensitive diazotype material on a nontransparent base for the reproduction of black and white film documents.
Dinaburg, Photosensitive Diazo Compounds, The Focal Press, London, New York).Diazotype layers on transparent substrates fulfill the requirements with respect to detail reproduction and resolving power in the reproduction of imagewise finely structured film masters (eg dot matrix images) owing to the molecularly disperse distribution of the photosensitive components and compliance with reprotechnical standards (H. Böttcher, J. Epperlein, Moderne photographic Systeme, Deutscher Verlag für Grundstoffindustrie, Leipzig, 1983, MS Dinaburg, Photosensitive Diazo Compounds, The Focal Press, London, New York).
Rasterpunkte). For diazotype materials on nontransparent documents, detail reproduction and resolving power are among others. depending on the degree of conformity of the self-absorption areas of diazotype layer and underlay. In known technical solutions, e.g. Tint papers, the two self-absorption ranges are nearly identical since either UV-sensitive or blue-sensitive diazotype layers are combined with white or slightly yellowish papers. At the same time, these carrier papers thus assume the function of a reflection light farm protection. If the absorption maxima of the diazonium salts used exceed 420 mm, the paper can no longer fulfill its function as antihalation and there is a universal loss of information in the reproduction of fine structures (for example halftone dots).
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is a green-sensitive diazotype material on non-transparent white base with good reproduction properties of black and white film templates.
The object of the invention is to provide a green-sensitive diazotype material on non-transparent white base, which ensures good detail reproduction and high resolution.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst, indem in einem grünempfindlichen Diazotypiematerial auf nichttransparenter Unterlage zur Reproduktion von Schwarzweiß-Filmvorlagen zwischen Unterlage und lichtempfindlicher Schicht eine Farbstoffschicht angeordnet ist, die einen Farbstoff der allgemeinen StrukturformelAccording to the invention the object is achieved by a dye layer is disposed in a green-sensitive Diazotypiematerial on non-transparent backing for the reproduction of black and white film templates between base and photosensitive layer, which is a dye of the general structural formula

The green-sensitive diazotype layer consists of a red diazonium salt such as 2-morpholino-3,6-diethoxybenzendiazonium tetrafluoroborate, color couplers (eg, acetoacetanilide), stabilizer acid (eg, p-toluenesulfonic acid) and binders (polymers). The red dye layer consists of dye, additives, eg. B. stabilizer acid and binder. As a base preferably different white paper types are used, but also plastic materials are possible. The backing may optionally be provided with a subbing layer as a surface seal or adhesive layer. Surprisingly, in the case of the o-hydroxy-styryl-benzopyrylium salts corresponding to the general structural formula 1, a complete irreversible discoloration occurs in the layer during the development process in an ammonia atmosphere. Numerous other dyes can be decolorized by the action of basic compounds, such as those used in the diazotype as developing agents. However, the basification of polymer layers with gaseous bases is not permanent.
By more or less rapid evaporation of the developer substance, the dye layer is acidic again by the remaining stabilizer acid. As a result, the dyes are undesirably formed back.
For exposure, light sources emitting intense radiation including the spectral range of about 480-550 nm can be used (e.g., high pressure discharge lamps, tungsten filament halogen lamps, lasers). Very good detail reproduction and a high resolution in the reproduction of transparent black and white film templates are achieved. During the development process, an arbitrary color image depending on the color coupler is produced on a white background.
On an area of 1 m 2 of polyethylene-coated paper is applied a polymer solution having the following composition:
3g PVC (nachchloriert)3g PVC (postchlorinated)
27 g eines Gemisches aus Ethylenchlorid/Methylenchlorid zu gleichen Teilen27 g of a mixture of ethylene chloride / methylene chloride in equal parts
260 mg 2-Morpholino-3,6-diethoxybenzendiazoniumtetrafluoroborat260 mg 2-morpholino-3,6-diethoxy benzene diazonium tetrafluoroborate

45mg p-Toluensulfonsäure45 mg of p-toluenesulfonic acid
Mikrolinien unter etwa 50 цт werden nicht mehr wiedergegebenDrying gives a green-sensitive single layer of about 3-4 thousandth thickness. After the exposure of a finely structured black and white image with green light in the vacuum frame and subsequent development, a purple image with poor detail reproduction and low resolution on a white background appears. Microlines below about 50% are no longer reproduced
In the following examples, the image-enhancing red filter dye layer is placed under the diazotype layer.

Die Polymerlösung hat folgende Zusammensetzung:During the machine run, the layer is dried at temperatures around 70 ° C. Then the diazotype layer is applied.
