Description
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verarbeitung von Nachraffinationsteeren, die als Abfallprodukte imThe invention relates to a process for the processing of Nachraffinationsteeren, which are used as waste products in
Saureraffinationsprozeß solcher Erdölprodukte anfallen, wie Ölen, Paraffinen, Zerosinen, Vaselinen, Leuchtölen, Benzinen, Nachgebrauchspetroleumölen.Acid refining process of such petroleum products, such as oils, paraffins, Zerosinen, Vaselinen, light oils, gasolines, after use petroleum oils.
Im Prozeß der Saureraffination sind Schwefelsäure, Oleum, gasförmiges Schwefeltrioxid Raffinierungsmittel. In the acidification process, sulfuric acid, oleum, gaseous sulfur trioxide are refining agents.
Nachraffinationsteere also arise in the sulfuric acid refining of such hydrocarbon derivatives as benzene, naphthalene, as well as in the production of Kuinaron and Indenharzen.
Hauptbestandteile der Nachraffinationsteere sind:Main components of Nachraffinationsteere are:
Sulfuric acid, sulfonic acids, asphalt and resin substances, the hydrocarbons absorbed from the refined product, water.
The content of the above-mentioned constituents of the post-refining aeol varies widely and depends on the chemical composition of the refined product, the kind and quantity of the refining agent, refining conditions and the time and conditions of storage of the post-refining starches. The scope of the process of acid refining of hydrocarbon derivatives and petroleum products has been significantly limited in recent years in favor of more efficient refining processes using hydrogen.
Acid refining processes are currently used, in particular, for the purification of after-use oils, for the production of tofu-refined petroleum oil, especially white oils, for the purification of paraffins and cereals.
Significant supplies of post-refinery boils derived from the acid refining process of various petroleum products are found in open, mostly ground-based storage, where in some cases they have been stored for several decades. The storage of post-fallout contaminants in soil containers causes severe contamination of the soil, pollution of groundwater with sulfuric acid, sulfonic acids and other components, post-refining steels, as well as air pollution with sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
Processes for the utilization of post-refining steels are already known which consist in treating them with water or steam at elevated temperature and then separating them into three fractions of different densities, of which the upper oils, the middle aspalt and resin compounds and sulfo acids and the lower one contains an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid with the addition of dissolved dilute sulfonic acids. The separated from the Nachiaffinationstoer organic fractions are used directly or after neutralization with calcium hydroxide as a fuel or admixture with asphalts and hydrocarbons. The aqueous solution of sulfuric acid is evaporated to the concentrated, • regenerated sulfuric acid or used directly for the production of phosphate fertilizers or ammonium sulfate. Rich in asphalt and resin compounds and poor in sulfuric Nachraffinationsteere be neutralized with lime and used directly or after composing with asphalts as a binder in road construction, Kohlonbrikottierung or as a substitute for insulation asphalts. There is also known a method of processing the post-refining to sulfuric acid, which consists of being burned, and the resulting sulfur dioxide is oxidized to sulfur trioxide and absorbed in sulfuric acid.
To the mixer was added 42 parts by weight of aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide at a concentration of 49.5% by weight, and with constant mixing, 58 parts by weight of post-refining ester from the refining of the petroleum oil having the viscosity of 8.6mm VS and a temperature of 50 ° C Conversion to 100% acid 31 wt .-% sulfuric acid. 10 parts by weight of the obtained neutralized post-refining ester were mixed with 90 parts by weight of evaporated brine from wood pulping in the sulphate process. The mixture was burned in the boiler sodium at a temperature of 115o C 0. The resulting mixture was dissolved in water and causticized to give the wood digestion liquor in the sulfate ancestor.
Then, the oily top layer constituting 11% by weight of the whole and containing oil, asphalt and resin compounds was separated. The remaining semi-liquid similar lower layer at a temperature of 20 ° C was mixed with evaporated Kocherablauge from the wood pulping process in the sulfate process and burned as in Example 1.
In the mixer, 21 parts by weight of aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide in a concentration of 49.5% by weight were charged, and with constant mixing, 6.9 parts by weight of further refining riser fraction were added, serving as a middle layer in an open bottom repository of post-refinery steels, the refining of transformer oils, lubricants and white oils, was singled out. The post-refining riser fraction contained 7% by weight of sulfuric acid, 38% by weight of sulfonic acids and 40% by weight of water.
With continuous mixing, 10 parts by weight of waste liquor from the refining process of the gasoline was then mixed with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide in a concentration of 46.6% by weight. The waste liquor contained 13 grams of free sodium hydroxide and 17 weight percent of sodium salts, mercaptans, and nitrate sulfide. 30 parts by weight of the mixture obtained were mixed with 70 parts by weight of evaporated cooking liquor from the wood pulping process in the sulfate process and burned at a temperature of 1100 0 C in Natriunikessol. The heat energy used to generate steam and a sodium salt mixture were processed by causticization into the wood pulping liquor in the sulphate process.
Wie es dieThe process of processing the post-refining steels according to the invention permits effective utilization of a troublesome waste which the post-refining starches originating either directly from the refining process of petroleum and hydrocarbon derivatives or from open ground stores with different storage times. Like the
Eventueller Überschuß an Natriumlauge ist günstig, denn es beugt der Korrosion der Apparatur, Lagerbehälter und Transportmittel vor und verringert zusätzlich die Viskosität de: ivlischung.carried out experiments, it is favorable that the fractions which were separated from the Nachraffinationsteeren as a result of their storage or segregation in the treatment with hot water, steam or hydrocarbon solvents, at least 20 parts by weight of sulfuric acid and sulfonic acids, converted to the dry product containing. For neutralization, use is made of an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, suitably with a concentration of 40 to 50% by weight. Any surplus of sodium hydroxide is favorable because it prevents the corrosion of the apparatus, storage containers and means of transport and additionally reduces the viscosity of the mixture.
Good results are obtained when waste liquor derived from the removal process of hydrocarbons and mercaptans is used to neutralize the post-refinery boilers or to dilute neutralized post-refinery boils. The alkalis consist predominantly of aqueous solutions of sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfide and sodium salts of mercaptans. The use of these bases makes it possible to reduce the use of commercial sodium hydroxide in the nauiralization process, facilitates the formation of a homogeneous mixture of the post-refining starches after neutralization and lowers the viscosity. The layer, which is discarded as a result of the settling of neutralized post-refinery stones and which consists predominantly of oil, resins and asphaltenes, is used to compose fuels or produce aspalt.
With the method according to the invention, it is possible to mitigate the environmental hazards caused by the storage of post-refractory lakes in open ground storage, poisoning and destruction of the soil, pollution of groundwater and groundwater, as well as the emission of gas toxins into the atmosphere , The effectiveness of the process according to the invention results from a rational utilization of the constituents contained in the tars. The organic substance is converted into heat energy and the sulfur compounds are processed into wood pulping liquor.
