Abstract
Description
-2- 286 555 Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung-2- 286 555 Explanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to develop a separator for flat objects, in particular letter and / or card broadcasts, which works with an electromagnetic flow valve, which has low switching times and allows an arbitrarily controllable transmission sequence.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the separator for flat objects is characterized in that an electromagnetic flow valve, is mounted in front of the front edge of a stack support. Against this stack support, a stack is gradually guided, e.g. from letter and / or Kartensendung consists of sucking the nearest flat object, pressed against an endless, continuously provided with holes, constantly driven conveyor belt and the next technological processing gear with the help of a pinch roller is supplied. At the suction side of the electromagnetic flow valve, a Gloitblech is provided as a support for the conveyor belt. The stack support mounted about a pivot point, in conjunction with a tension spring, reduces the length of the stack support so that a small gap is formed between the stack and the conveyor belt which causes slight flexing of flexible mail from the stack during separation. When separating rigid flat objects, the longer part of the stack support is pressed except for a stop that ends immediately above the conveyor belt. As a result of this or the slight turn the friction between adjacent shipments or about entangled shipments are resolved and the error rate by double deduction is minimized. This endeavor is assisted by at least one spacer provided above on the bent sliding plate, preferably a ball-bearing spacer roller, in conjunction with a restraint sliding on it. The switching times of the electromagnetic flow valve are negligibly small, so that a high throughput is possible.

Die dazu gehörenden Zeichnung zeigt inThe invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. The accompanying drawing shows in
Fig. 1: die Draufsicht auf den Separator.Fig. 1: the top view of the separator.
According to the invention, the separator for flat objects with electromagnetic valve is construed so that in front of the front edge of a Stapelkstütze 1, the flat objects 2, preferably letter and / or card mailings are fed by a feeder 3, an electromagnetic flow valve 4 is arranged. The stack support 1, for example, designed such that a sheet is divided by a pivot point 5 in two unequal lengths. The shorter portion is provided with a tension spring β, which causes the longer portion is easily pressed against the stack 2, so that between the stack 2 and conveyor belt 7, a small gap can form. On the suction side of the electromagnetic flow valve 4 is a perforated sliding plate 8, z. B. fastened with countersunk screws in a known manner. A spacer 9, z. Example, a ball-bearing spacer roller, which is provided at the top of a gull-angle tab of the sliding plate 8, in conjunction with a sliding thereon retention 10 effect that a double trigger from the stack 2 is avoided as possible. The guided over the sliding plate 8 and two pulleys 13 to next to the stack support 1 conveyor belt 7 is endless, provided with holes throughout and constantly driven and is provided on the front side of the stack 2 with a pinch roller 11. In order to avoid bending of the stack support 1 on the conveyor belt 7 in bending-resistant flat objects, a stop 12 is provided which ends shortly above the conveyor belt 7. By appropriate dimensioning of the electromagnetic flow valve switching times of 5 ... 10 ms are achieved at a negative pressure of 7 ... 1OkPa. It is advantageous that the control of the electromagnetic flow valve depending on the length of the shipment, by a light barrier (14) which is arranged in the conveying direction after the deflection roller (13) and the pressure roller (11) can take place. Thereby, according to the technological conditions, it can be achieved that the distance between the trailing edge of the first and the leading edge of the following transmission is constant, or that the distance of the front canton is constant and the gap is different depending on the length of the first transmission. By using a further or more than twelve light barriers, other consignment followers can be realized. Control independent of the length of the shipment is possible through the use of a computer which issues the start command for the shipment following the evaluation of the postal code or other recognizable criterion of the first shipment. The insertion of a clock allows a uniform and / or uneven periodic transmission sequence. A manual operation of the electromagnetic flow valve is almost only possible for the opening of the valve because dio to achieve the required high throughput necessary high transport speed of the shipments usually requires the closing command from a photoelectric sensor.
The combination of the mentioned types of control is possible and allows the separator to be used universally. Other advantages of the separator are its high reliability, a space-saving and structurally simple design, low manufacturing and maintenance costs, low energy consumption and a low-noise function.
