The invention relates to a Kra'zerkette, especially forTrogrorderer, which is driven by a drive star and the chain links with a g r * belled and provided an ungroated end and connected by a symmetrically arranged to the chain link height pin bolt.
To fulfill different promotional tasks u.a. Chain conveyor used. Dabai, two parallel chain strands consisting of inner and sweeter chain links are connected to each other by transverse webs on which scratches of various shapes are arranged.
The conveyor chains used for scrape conveyors work under difficult conditions that promote their intensive wear and premature failure. The reason for the intensive wear and premature failure of the conveyor chain is the wear of the under surfaces of the individual straps, the pins or pins that connect the chain links and the edges of the holes in the individual straps in which the pins or pins are mounted, the du ι cn the abrasive effect and also often by the chemical effect of the conveyed material is intensified.
There are already various measures known to avoid or reduce the wear on the scraper chains. Thus, scraper chains are already known from unified chain links with a forked and an ungrounded end, which are connected to each other by means of a loose bolt. A disadvantage of this chain is that the end faces of the two fork legs run centrally to the pin axis and also special means for securing the bolt against axial movements are required.
As a simpler in construction and in the production of a chain chain is known from DE-OS 1811161, in which the ungroated chain link end hook-shaped with trained on the bolt diameter of the forked end hook mouth! A disadvantage of this chain is the relatively high surface pressure on the support by the small contact surface and the relatively large mass. The fork legs with the pivot pin are subjected to bending about the vertical axis, whereby the joint surfaces do not wear uniformly; The fork legs must therefore be dimensioned too large. Furthermore, a relatively large joint surface pressure is observed, which leads to considerable wear. In addition, there is the possibility of unhooking at impact loads with occurrence of chain relaxations.
-2- 286 406 Darlegung des Wesen« der Erfindung-2- 286 406 Explanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to make the wear pattern on the overlying surfaces of a Kratzerkotte for a trough conveyor whose chain links are provided with a forked and an ungrounded end and connected to each other by a locking pin to make positive.
Die Abflachungen des Steckbolzens sind in ihrem Abstand zueinander der Höhe der horizontalen Öffnung und in ihrer Breite der Breite der Gabelschenkel angepaßtAccording to the invention this is achieved in that the chain links from an oval body in the width of the scraper chain strand with a base plate and a cover plate and a between both inside over the entire length extending horizontal opening, which is adapted to the diameter of the plug pin, formed on bifurcated end of the opening at both fork legs inwardly to a lower height c is pulled, the unequaled end adapted in its width of the recess at the forked end and is provided on the cover plate before c nri transition to the full width of the chain link, each with a cutout, the Cover plate on the fork legs with oinem down-tapered, the width of the cutout adapted paragraph is provided, which is guided to the bottom of the fork, the recess in the base plate in the base of the fork dum profile of the drive star adapted and the locking pin at both ends on both sides flattened. The flats of the plug are matched in their distance from each other the height of the horizontal opening and in width of the width of the fork legs
In weherer training of the pin this is provided with a record for the scratch.
The chain links of the scraper chain are formed of an oval body in the width of the scratch chain with a base plate 1 and a cover plate 2. Between the two extends inside over the entire length of the chain link a horizontal opening 3. The chain links have a forked end 7 with two identical fork legs 5; β and a forked end 8 and are between the fork cleats 5; 6 connected by a symmetrically arranged to the chain link height locking pin 4 with each other. The opening 3 is adapted to the diameter of the plug pin 4. At the forked end 7, the opening 3 at both fork legs 5; 6 retracted to innc η to a lower height H. The ungrooved end 8 is adapted in its width B of the recess A at the forked end 7 and provided on the back of the cover plate 2 at the transition to the full width of the chain link with a cutout 9. The cover plate! I is provided at the rear fork leg β with a downward beveled, the width of the cutout 9 adapted paragraph 10, which is guided to the bottom of the fork. The locking pin 4 is flattened on both sides at both ends. These inclusions 11 are in their distance C to each other the height H of the opening 3 at the forked end 7 and in their width E of the width F of the two fork legs 5; β adapted. The locking pin 4 is provided with a receptacle 12 for the scratch 13. The chain links are assembled in a manner to a Kratz vkette by a chain link with the non-bifurcated end 8 is inserted vertically standing alongside in the recess A of another chain link to the bottom of the recess A, the paragraphs 10 of the forked end 7 in the cutouts 9 of the non-bifurcated end 8 are introduced. Then, a locking pin 4 is inserted from one side into the cavity formed by the two chain links. The vertical chain link including pin 4 is then outwardly to the curvature of the fork legs 5; 6 postponed. The locking pin 4 must engage with its flats 11 in the recesses A. Subsequently, the vertical chain link is folded down into a horizontal position. Thus, both links are connected together. This process is repeated until the entire scraper chain is assembled.
Due to the special structural design of the chain link and the plug pin 4, the chain links in the position of use (straight or opposite to the installation position arched) are firmly positioned and can not be separated. The chain links lie with their full width, whereby the surface pressure against the support in the Kratzertrog and thus the wear of the chain links is substantially reduced. In addition, you are a slight lifting of the scraper chain from the scraper trough by the floating of the chain links on the material to be transported, resulting in a further reduction of wear. Due to the gei inner wear of the scraper chain according to the invention over the conventional scraper chains whose life is significantly increased.
