Description
According to the invention, a device for taking samples of bulk material flows of large cross-section consists of a plurality of cross-section of the bulk material flow distributed in a matrix and arranged at defined distances from each other, preferably tubular sample containers. The openings of the sample containers are directed upwards, d. H. their imaginary axis is located substantially parallel to the flow direction of the bulk flow to be examined. At the bottom, the sample containers are fixed or detachable - at least during the sampling process - closed. The Probobehälter have in their coat parallel to the cross section of a slot. In these a movable Zwischenabsperrung is inserted or swung. Likewise, above the sample container there is a movable cover which can be pushed or swiveled over the container opening. The arrangement of the Zwischenabsperrung and the cover is made such that upon insertion of the Zwischenabsperrung in the slot of the sample container, the opening of the Probebehältsrs is released through the cover, and conversely, when removing the Zwischenabsperrung from the slot of the sample container is closed by the cover. The movements of the Zwischenabsperrung and the cover are iineai back and forth or pivotable about an axis parallel to the container axis arranged axis. For meaningful control of these cyclic movements, the intermediate barriers and the covers are connected to each other via a common linkage. The movement is done either manually or by a suitable electric drive, conveniently with electronic control.
The whole device can z. 3. be fixed firmly above the feed opening of a bunker, or even be mobile and / or attachable to a dump truck.
For sampling during pouring and for collecting a limited number of samples of the same volume, the sample containers distributed over the cross section are initially open, i. H. the covers are removed from the openings. To ensure the removal of samples of defined size regardless of the opening duration of the sample container and the falling speed of the bulk material of the sample container is separated by the inserted Zwischenabsperrungen thereby in two parts. The Zwischenabsperrung upwardly delimits a partial volume of the container, which corresponds to the maximum volume of a sample in the longitudinal direction of the flow of material. The resulting lower space is used to collect several successively taken at certain intervals samples. After removing the intermediate barrier, the egg sample present in the upper room falls into the lower space of the sample container. Simultaneously with the removal dor Zwischenabsperrung or shortly before the opening of the sample container is closed by the upper cover. Thus, the amount of bulk material lying on the gofüllten upper container part is stripped and at the same time prevents further bulk material falls into the upper part during the fall of the sample in the lower container part. By the rhythm of closing and opening of Zwischenabsperrung and cover the distance of the sampling is determined in the flow direction of the bulk material flow. The number of samples taken in a batch depends on the number of opening intervals. The sample size depends on the diameter of the individual sample tank, the opening time and the fall rate of the material. The maximum sample size achieved at high fall velocity is determined by the diameter of the container and the distance of the intermediate cover from the top edge.
When the sample containers are firmly closed down, the separate emptying of the individual containers takes place after the sampling has been completed. In open-bottom containers or only temporary lower closure the sample container with a suitable discharge device, eg. As an extraction, connected, which takes over the transport of the samples to the analysis device.
The device allows a defined sampling of a bulk flow, distributed over its cross-section and its length or bulk time, and thus allows a representative statement about the composition of heterogeneous bulk quantities.

Fig. 1 shows a matrix-like arrangement of four tubular, bottom sealed sample containers 1, which are detachably connected to a base frame 6. This arrangement is so stationed above the feed opening of a bunker that the sample container 1 are distributed uniformly over the cross section of the material to be poured. FIG. 1 shows the slits 2 of the sample containers 1 in the free state, corresponding to the desired sample size, from the upper edge of the container. the intermediate shut-offs 3 are located outside, whereas the covers 4 cover the openings of the sample containers 1. The Zwischenabsperrungen 3 and the covers 4 are connected to each other via the displaceably mounted on the base frame 6 Manipuliergestänge 5.
To prepare for sampling, the linkage 5 is moved in the direction of the arrow, thereby inserting the intermediate shut-offs 3 into the slots 2 and thus dividing the interior of the tube into two individual spaces. At the same time so that the covers 4 are moved and the openings of the sample container 1 released. The sample container 1 are thus open at the top, when the Zwischenabsperrungen 3 are inserted into the slots 2, and vice versa. The state achieved for the start of sampling can be seen in FIG.
Entsprechend einem Zeitplan, in der Regel jeweils nach einer Zeit, in der die maximale Probengröße mit Sicherheit erreicht ist, wird das Gestänge 5 in die in Fig. 1At the time of pouring bulk material into the bunker, particles fall into the upper section of the sample container and are then held in place by the intermediate barrier 3. According to a schedule, usually after a time in which the maximum sample size is reached with certainty, the linkage 5 in the in Fig. 1
As can be seen from FIG. 3, the tube opening is covered and the flow of bulk material is conducted past the sample containers. As a result of the release of the intermediate shut-off 3, the first random sample 8 falls into the lower space of the sample container 1. As soon as the removal of a second random sample 9 from the bulk material flow 7 is desired, the process is analogous to FIG. 2, now shown in FIG , The second sample 9, from a time later poured part of the good flow, now collects on the retracted intermediate barrier 3. This process can optionally be repeated several times, depending on the nature of the lower end of the sample container 1, the individual samples either separately or in conclusion taken in layered form and fed to the analysis.
