Abstract
Haltevorrichtung fuer Waelzlager, insbesondere fuer Waelzlager mit geteiltem Innenring, wie sie im Kraftfahrzeugbau fuer Radlagerungen verwendet werden. Ziel der Erfindung ist, eine Haltevorrichtung zu schaffen, die das wiederholte Montieren und Demontieren des Waelzlagers zur Pflege und Wartung gestattet. Dabei ist der Selbsthalt des Waelzlagers zu sichern. Nach der Erfindung werden die beiden Ringhaelften mit Ausnehmungen versehen, in denen eine Haltebuchse mit Bord formschluessig aufgenommen wird. An den Stirnseiten der Haltebuchse sind ueber den Umfang Schlitze angeordnet. Erfindungsgemaess hat die Haltebuchse in Laengsrichtung eine Aussparung ueber die gesamte Laenge und im Rohrstueck der Haltebuchse sind Oeffnungen angeordnet. Die beschriebene erfinderische Lösung ist für eine mehrfache Montage und Demontage des Wälzlagers ungeeignet, da sich der Kunststoff aufweitet, und somit die Haltefunktion des Halterings nicht gewährleistet wird. In der DE-OS 3537985 wird eine verbesserte Lösung dargelegt, wonach am Haltering über den Umfang verteilte, unabhängig voneinander bewegliche Schnappelemente ausgebildet sind. Diese greifen in die Ringnuten der geteilten Laufringe ein. Auch hier werden extreme Anforderungen an die Elastizität des Materials gestellt. Die Haltebuchse hat damit die Form eines offenen Rin gs mit elastischen Eigenschaften.
