Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
With the announcement of new superconducting materials such as Sr x La), CuO y , Ba o , Y, 2 CuO v , Ba 2 YCu 1 Oy and others, materials are available for the application of superconductors which no longer require cooling with liquid helium ( Cava et al., Phys., Rev. Lett., 58, 408 (1987); Wu et al., Phys., Rev. Lett., 58, [1987] 908; Capponi et al., Europhys., Lett., 3 (1987) 1301) Generally by multiple mixing, milling, calcination of powdered) oxides of the elements contained or other compounds such as carbonates, oxycarbonates, oxalates, etc. (Hinks et al., Appl. Phys., Lett., March, 1987). The solidification reaction intended with the annealing requires temperatures between 900 and 1100 ° C. The precursor obtained in this way in many cases has no odor or only poor superconducting properties. To improve the properties of a final annealing under oxygen at 850 and 800 0 C is known, at the same time the strange observance of a Abkühlrogimes is prescribed. (Capponi et al., Europhys., Lett., 3, 198711301) A disadvantage of the method is its poor reproducibility, another fact being that workpieces of different dimensions have to be cooled differently, resulting in a nonuniform material with a poorly defined composition produced material of composition YBa 2 Cu 3 O 4 J shows a use temperature of the superconductivity of 93K and usually has a transition width in the superconducting state of a few Kelvin.

Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to develop a method that allows superconducting oxygen-containing materials defined and produce with uniform composition, which are characterized by high superconducting temperature and sharp transition to the superconducting state.
This object is achieved by a process in which a precursor is prepared from the starting materials by mixing and grinding and annealing and optionally subsequent one or more repetition of the grinding and annealing process, according to the invention, that the precursor at a temperature between 50 and 450 'C is heat treated in oxygen or an oxygen-containing gas. Preferably, the heat treatment is carried out at a temperature between 300 and 380 "C.
