All known devices for the subjective determination of the Anlselkonie require of the patient a certain intelligence and willingness to cooperate.
The room iconometer uses the distorted room selection that occurs during this vision error to measure the aniseism. By turning and shifting a arranged in the field of vision of the patient wire cross again a real impression of space is generated. The patient must describe to the examiner as accurately as possible how he sees the cross. Other examination devices are equipped with magnifying optical systems through which the patient looks at a binocular vision test. Most widespread are the Binokularteste after Haase (Hakenteste). The patient must specify which hook he perceives larger or smaller. In some devices, the beam thickness of the hook is adjusted to the observation distance that even without optical aids, an estimate of the amount of aniseikonia is possible. In these methods, the patient must be able to give as accurate information as possible on the image impression, which allows the examiner to draw conclusions about the type and size of an existing aniseiconia. The information required by the patient is complicated. This leads, especially in children and the elderly, to incorrect measurement results. Since the aniseikoniebestimmung is a binocular examination (the right eye sees a partially different picture than the left eye), come in projection methods, the partially unsolved problems of BIi -! Separation added.
Rand-dot-tests are used as an eye test sign for stereo testing. A stereoscopic photograph is made of a symbol spatially offset from a disc, and the resulting partial images are presented to the right and left eyes. On the disk and the symbol, a random pattern is provided. In image processing in the brain, a spatial image is created for the patient, because the symbol in stereo photography has a transverse dimension between the partial images. This method is not suitable for measuring aniseikonia.
The object of the invention is to develop an easy-to-assess arrangement for determining the aniseikonia, which significantly reduces the subjectivity of the measurement.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß bei einer Anordnung zur Bestimmung der Aniseikonie, wobei jeweils in einem ersten und zweiten Projektionskanal für das rechte und linke Patientenauge ein Testbild vorgesehen ist, das aus einem Punktmuster besteht, dadurch gelöst, daß das Punktmuster durch zufällig verteilte, einfarbige und weiße punktförmige geometrische Figuren, im wesentlichen gleicher Menge, gebildet wird, wobei definierte Bereiche innerhalb beider Teilbilder eine Korrelation aufweisen und bei Überlagerung der Teilbilder durch einen Betrachter im Falle hinreichander oder durch Korrektur hergestellter IseikonieThe object is achieved in an arrangement for determining the aniseikonia, wherein in each case in a first and second projection channel for the right and left patient eye a test image is provided, which consists of a dot pattern, achieved in that the dot pattern by randomly distributed, monochrome and white dot-shaped geometric figures, substantially the same amount is formed, wherein defined areas within both sub-images have a correlation and superimposition of the sub-images by a viewer in the case of sufficient or by correction produced Iseikonie
eine definierte geometrische Figur wahrgenommen w'r^. wobei es besonders vorteilhaft Ist, daß außerhalb der definierten Bereiche die Punktmuster der Teilbilder Identisch sind die definierten Bereiche eine Inverse Punktverteilung aufweisen, die definierten Bereiche Buchstaben· oder Ziffernform euf\ /eisen, wobei das Zufallspunktmuster einer Teetechelbe zur Herstellung einer zur ersten Testscheibe inversen Punktverteilung dient.a defined geometric figure was perceived. it being particularly advantageous that outside the defined areas the dot patterns of the partial images are identical, the defined areas have an inverse dot distribution, the defined areas are letter or digit form, the random point pattern of a tea chalice producing a point distribution inverse to the first test slice serves.
Es zeigen:Invention idea and function of an eye test selenen invention explained on the basis of schematic representations. Show it:
Fig. 1: Projektionsgerät für die freisichtige Refraktionsbestimmung (Projektionskanal für ein Auge) Fig. 2: Anordnung der Projektoren über dem Kopf des Patienten Fig. 3: erfindungsgemäße Testbilder für die Aniseikonlebeetimmung1: Projection device for the free-standing refraction determination (projection channel for an eye) FIG. 2: Arrangement of the projectors above the head of the patient FIG. 3: Test images according to the invention for the anise cone adhesive determination
For the determination of the Anlselkonle two projectors whose inner structure is shown schematically in Fig. 1, available. Each patient's eye 8 looks into a projector consisting of lamp 1, condenser optics 2, test image plane 3, deflection prism 4, optical imaging systems 5, 6, 7 and deflection mirrors 8. By displacing the prism 4, the spherical impermeability is compensated. For this purpose, known optotypes are used in the test image plane 3. The optical system 7 preferably includes a Stokes lens for correcting existing astigmatic aberrations. In order to be able to compensate for possible heterophoria of the eyes, the right and left eye projectors 10 and 11 are located above the head of the patient 12 (shown in FIG. 2). They are rotatable and pivotable about axes 13 and 14 and 15, the intersection of which lies in the respective eye pivot.
The measurement of an existing Aniseikonle can only be done if spherical, astigmatic Sehfehler and Heterophoriestellung the eyes are compensated by the above procedure, and the patient can perceive the presented optotypes sharp. To carry out the Anlseikonlemessunq come in place of the known Anlselkonieteste Haase o. A. the test images according to the invention according to FIG. 3 are used. In the projection path for the right eye, the test image 16 is pivoted, in the beam path for the left eye, the test image 17. In Fig. 3, 16 is a first test image consisting of a random point pattern 17, a second test image consisting of another random point pattern. The elements of the random point patterns of 16 and 17 have the same shape and size; they are black and white squares distributed over both 16 and 17 such that the number of black and white squares is the same. 18 is a central portion of the random point pattern 16, and 19 is a central portion of the random pattern 17. The outer portions of the test images 16 and 17 are identical. 21 shows the superimposition of 16 and 17. The areas 18 and 19 are correlated with each other so that superimposing 18 and 19 in the central area produces a sign 20 which stands out from the (identical) random spot pattern in the outdoor area. In the example shown, the character is a straight bar; but also characters of any shape (circles, crosses, symbols, letters) can be used.
The dot patterns of the test images 16 and 17 are imaged by the projection devices and the patient's eyes on the right and left retina, respectively. In the case that the magnifications in both eyes are the same (no aniseikonle), the points of both test images fall on corresponding Neuhautstellung. As a result of the superimposition of the central regions 18 and 19, the impression which is reproduced in FIG. 21 arises in the brain of the patient during image formation. In spiked random dot patterns, a symbol (a bar in the example given) is visible in the center. The overlaying of the dot patterns in the central area to a symbol only works if the magnifications are the same in both eyes. In the case of a present anise-cone, points belonging together no longer hit corresponding retinal areas, and the symbol in the central area remains invisible to the observer. Only after adjustment of the projection optics (change in magnification by moving 6 in Fig. 1), the icon is visible. For this purpose, the magnification must be changed as long as on both retina again corresponding points fall on corresponding retina sites. The displacement is measurable and a measure of the size of the existing aniseiconia.
When using the test according to the invention, the patient merely has to make the statement whether or not the test character is seen; this is a considerable practical advantage over examination methods, in which the shape, size and position of the test must be verbally described.
The principle of the test images according to the invention can also be used in classical projection methods; the problems of image separation between the right and left eye are in a conventional manner, for. B. with polarization or anaglyph to solve.
