Abstract
The invention relates to the sprinkling of enzyme-rich cereals with the addition of triticale. The invention relates to carrying out the non-pressurized digestion process in grain and grain distilleries by the use of triticale with reduced technical and technological effort. The aim of the invention is to dispense with the use of dextrinierender enzymes by appropriate Verfahrensfuehrung and the addition of special forms of rye-wheat bastard triticale and at the same time to reduce the energy consumption and thereby ensure that the resulting ethanol yield corresponds to the known technical solutions or is superior to them.

Verspritung von enzymreichen Getreide unter Zusatz von TriticaleSprinkling of enzyme-rich cereals with the addition of triticale
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to the implementation of the pressureless digestion process for cereal distilleries by the combined use of enzyme-rich cereals and triticale without the addition of dextrinating enzymes.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
The literature describes various modifications of the non-pressurized seeding method for cereal distilleries, which are intended either to achieve better utilization of raw materials or to reduce the use of energy or a combination of both. In WP DD 205928 the proportionate addition of triticale is described, by ddn the common processing of unsuitable grain and starchy raw material is possible and the highest possible yield of ethanol can be achieved. In addition to the starchy raw material, dextrinating enzymes have to be added. Also, the method set forth in patent DD 235667 requires the addition of dextrinating Jünzmpräpsrate. In WP DD 236108 the substitution of malt by special enzyme-rich triticale or malted triticale is proposed, without changing the conventional procedure. By maintaining relatively high temperatures, however, the temperatuxempfinalichen portions of the alpha-amylase of tritioals are destroyed and are therefore not available for dextrinating the starch.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to achieve an ethanol yield corresponding to the known technical solutions by the joint use of a suitable raw material, especially cereals such as rye or wheat, and triticale and with the addition of saccharifying enzymes, but without the use of doxtrinierender enzymes or is superior to them.
