Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to an optoelectronic device, which is used for continuous level determination of optically transmissive liquids using one or more pairs of light emitters and light receivers.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
Known technical solutions for level measurement in which Füllröhrchen are provided with an upper and a lower sensor, wherein the Füllstandsröhrchen befindlich «liquid amount of the constructive set dosage corresponds or is divided by an additional cycle control a thus controlling dosing into average sub-dosing (DE -PS 2708 422). Disadvantage of these solutions is in addition to the determination of the doses in the clock control that, for example, fluctuations in viscosity due to external or material-specific influences and changes in the dosing system, such as working pressure are not taken into account.
Also known are level measuring devices based on the capacity of a capacitor which changes as a function of the filling level (DE-OS 3,140,485). Such An-orders require a high metrological effort. Various solutions are based on the application of optoelectronic transmitter and receiver systems for discrete level determination on a level tube, whereby effects of total reflection at the meridian of the liquid level (DE-OS 34 16 206) or at the phase Füllröhrcheninnenwand be used with or without liquid (DE-OS 35 15 890). The alteration of the outgoing angle of a light beam through the filling of a filling tube and thus the signal change at a receiver is based on a further solution (GB-PS 13 Ol 398).
The direct embedding of optical waveguides in a container is another way of determining the level (US Pat. No. 4,425,794).
All known optoelectronic solutions have in common that discrete level differences are displayed according to the geometric arrangement of the transmitter and receiver elements or optical fibers.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to provide an optoelectronic arrangement for stepless level determination of optically permeable liquids, which ensures a high dosing accuracy *
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to develop an optoelectronic device that allows both a continuous level determination, as well as a continuous metering.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that perpendicular to the axis of an optically transparent vessel, which shows when filling with an optically transparent liquid changes in the optical properties in the specified direction, which in turn by one or more superposed pairs of optoelectronic probe and receiver components in Sense of change in the transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver radiation amount is registered and evaluated. The intended rotation of the entire assembly from the vertical to the horizontal and the consideration of the rotation angle, the possibility of continuous level determination is given, as determined by the moving liquid of each level in passing through a pair of light inverter and receiver.

Figur 1:FIG. 1:
A fill level tube 1 is connected via a connection 2 to a storage container or a metering device. By means of a fastening 3, the level tube is rotatably mounted, wherein the side of the level tube optoelectronic transmitter 4 and receiver components 5 are arranged. The system contains the optically transparent liquid 6 whose level is to be determined. By a fixed on the axis of the system potentiometer 7, the angle of rotation is determined, whereby the exact level determination is possible via a suitable evaluation.
