Abstract
The invention relates to an electrolyte for depositing high-gloss copper halide coatings characterized by specific mechanical-physical properties. Characteristic is the 2 to 2.5 times higher microhaars, which remains constant over a period of 6-12 months and longer. These properties ensure the application of the layers for functional purposes, eg. B. for printing cylinders in the printing industry and textile industry and in the production of waveguides. These functional properties are produced according to the invention by adding polyazo-N, N-diethylsafranine, sodium salt of dithio-bis-methanesulfonic acid and a mixture of polypropylene glycol and polyethylene glycol to a base electrolyte.

aus einem Elektrolyten folgender Zusammensetzung: ,from an electrolyte of the following composition:
Phosphorlegierte Knüppelanoden: 0,04 bis 0,07 % PPhosphorus alloy billets: 0.04 to 0.07% P
With this electrolyte, bright copper layers are deposited, whose microhardness of 190HV 8 O remained constant over a period of 8 months.
The deposition of the bright copper layers with 500 to 700 pm aar printing cylinders for the textile industry and other applications is carried out from an electrolyte of the following composition:
With this electrolyte, bright copper layers were deposited, whose micro hearing of 210HV 6 O remained constant over a period of 9 months.
Claims (2)
The object of the invention is to develop an electrolyte which permits the deposition of shiny, leveled, hard and abrasion-resistant copper layers and whose microhardness does not fall below values of HV 8 O = 175 to 180 kp / mm 2 over the course of 6 to 12 months.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the use of an electrolyte of the following composition:
