Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to an optical sensor system for guiding tools, preferably a torch tip, on curved tracks by sensing sensation points immediately in front of or around the torch tip, using optical systems and optoelectronic scanning or irradiation elements.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
For sensing sensation points immediately around a torch tip, a method and apparatus according to DD-AP 158869 is known, where the measuring beam is guided around it by mechanical means. The disadvantage is the expense of the movement mechanism, the control electronics and the computational assignment of the Meßergobnisse to the respective Sensierungspunkten. Furthermore, an optical sensor system is known, in which, as in US Pat. No. 5,332,405 or US Pat. No. 4,491,719, an optical system and an optical fiber bundle for image transmission of the trajectory over the welding torch tip, in the form of a current nozzle and welding wire guide, are arranged and the irradiation of the sensing region of a, arranged behind a second optical system fiber optic bundle takes place directly or via a downstream mirror system. The disadvantage is that at least Stromdüse and welding wire guide in the beam path in front of the optical system of the optical fiber bundle for image transmission, wordurch the sensing can be done with the compact optical system only for a picture in sharp image. Likewise has a disadvantageous effect that the optical fiber bundle for irradiation only partially irradiated the image section, whereby the sensing is possible only in a limited angular range around the welding torch tip. In addition, the elongated space from the tip of the torch to the optical systems inevitably causes the accumulation of a large amount of welding fumes, and in particular, the safe detection of lower contrast point sensing points !! is no longer guaranteed. In addition, due to the separate arrangement of the optical system of the optical fiber bundle for image transmission and the optical system for irradiating the Sensierungsbereiches their uniform optimal focusing according to the particular task very expensive.

The aim of the invention is to avoid any Bewogungsmechanik and the necessary control electronics in optical sensor systems, with little effort to achieve optimal focus and to enable the use even with gerringem contrast ratio of Sensirrungspunkt s .
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The object of the invention is to optimally integrate an optical sensor system by its design, preferably within a welding torch or another tool.
This is accomplished in accordance with the invention by directly penetrating the white dot tip or other tooling a common optical system of a number of optically or opto-electronically irradiating and sensing elements which are optically coupled to each other, preferably in the form of light-emitting conductor channels. For optimal focusing, the common optical system, the Lichtwe.'ltjnleiterkanäle and the welding torch tip or the like is arranged mutually adjustable.

In this case, two optical waveguide channels 3 in the form of optical fibers which are optically separated from each other are arranged around di.i welding torch optics, which are preferably both for the irradiation of the sensing region and for the reflection of the reflected light d ir
