Abstract
The field of application of the invention is the peat-extracting and processing industry as well as the commercial or individual production of young plants. The proposed solution involves the production of a substrate consisting of low to medium decomposed, obtained in Fraestorfverfahren and dried to 40-60 Ma .-% water content Hochmoortorf to which a mixture of Mineralduengemitteln is added. The dimensioning of the fertilizer is done in such a way that the plant is optimally nourished from the Saemling to the young plant which can be planted out.
Description
Nach Beendigung der Kulturzeit ist das Substrat für die Verbesserung der bodenphysikalischen Eigenschaften anderer Erden und Substrate verwendbar.to 1 m 3 peat, to mix until a good homogeneity is achieved and an even distribution of nutrients in the substrate is thus ensured. After completion of the culture period, the substrate is useful for improving the soil physical properties of other soils and substrates.
Low to medium decomposed peat bog is obtained by means of a drum mill, this method allowing a gentle treatment of the peat and thus the preservation of favorable structural physical properties and then dried to a minimum of 40% by mass and a maximum of 60% by mass of moisture content. This ensures that a good rewettability with water without adding wetting-promoting agent is possible and miscibility is ensured with mineral fertilizers. About a metering device, the supply of peat and volume based on the invention compiled mineral fertilizer mixture takes place in a mixing device. After achieving good homogeneity, the substrate passes through a transport device excluding the segregation into a packaging installation. The user removes the substrate from the packaging, places it in planters and picks the seedlings. After removal of the young plants, the substrate is used to improve soil physical properties of other soils and substrates.
