Abstract

Ziel der Erfindung ist die Erhoehung der Effektivitaet beim Auftragen pulverfoermiger Plaste nach dem elektrostatischen Verfahren. Es geht um ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum elektrostatischen Pulverbeschichten, wobei die Aufladung nach dem elektrokinetischen Verfahren erfolgt, dessen Prinzip darin besteht, dass zur Erreichung einer hohen Durchstroemungsgeschwindigkeit im Aufladungsrohr das Aufladungsgas verwendet wird, das aus dem Pulver-Gas-Gemisch abgesaugt wird, das aus der Vorrichtung austritt. Zum Absaugen wird der Strahlsaugeffekt des Zerstaeubungsgasstroms genutzt. Das Aufladungsgas erhoeht die Zerstaeubungsintensitaet und bedingt einen sehr engen Kontakt zwischen den Pulverteilchen und der Innenwandung des Aufladungsrohres, wobei es nicht aus der Vorrichtung gelangt und damit nicht die Endgeschwindigkeit erhoeht. Das Pulver wird stark aufgeladen.
