Description
The invention includes asbestos-free protective clothing, especially protective gloves and apron for heat-vulnerable jobs, preferably protecting against heat contact.
It is known to use asbestos for heat protection clothing. The disadvantage of these protective clothing products made from this material is that asbestos is subject to abrasion both during processing and during wear and this resulting particulate matter is extremely harmful to health.
Furthermore, heat protection gloves (DE-OS 3027061) are known with reflective equipped thermal protection, wherein the heat shield is formed as a bag which is filled with insulating or heat-storing mass that completely covers the back of the hand and the fingers and in the region of the thumb Wrist and little finger on the outsides is firmly attached to the glove.
By filled with insulating and heat-storing compound heat protection only limited grip and flexibility of the heat protection glove is given.
Likewise, protective gloves are known, which consist of a composite of glass fiber fabric and non-flammable natural fiber fabric, preferably coarse yarn fabric, wherein the glass silk fabric is impregnated with the adhesive, preferably nitrile rubber or polyvinyl acetate. A disadvantage of this glove are the high stiffness, the embrittlement of the soaked fiberglass fabric with prolonged wearing time and the insufficient protection against contact heat. A further disadvantage when using nitrile rubber as an adhesive is the possibility of splitting off highly toxic cyan compounds at elevated contact temperatures.
Furthermore, it is known that asbestos-free various fabrics a protective clothing is made with layered structure, consisting of outer, intermediate and inner layer.
The disadvantage of this material, which preferably protects against thermal contact, is the materials used for the outer layer. The cotton fabric or the cotton viscose fiber fabric is only suitable for contact temperatures up to 200 0 C, higher contact temperatures cause premature destruction of the material. In the case of leather, hardening of the material occurs as a result of the effect of heat, contact temperatures above 200 ° C. lead to the restriction of mobility up to the point of inability to use.
The aim of the invention is to produce asbestos-free protective clothing using local materials, which ensures sufficiently good protection against thermal contact in the medium temperature range while eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages.
The invention has for its object to provide against contact heat to 400 0 C safe protection clothing, in particular glove and apron, which has the required mechanical stress and flexibility according to the field of application.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that asbestos-free various fabrics a protective clothing with layer by layer construction is made, consisting of outer, intermediate and inner layer. Wherein the fabrics for the outer, intermediate and inner layer consist of native materials.
For the outer layer, fabrics made of the non-combustible, infusible and thermally dimensionally stable chemical pulp "Prylanit" are used.
Vorteilhaft sind Gewebe mit einer Flächenmasse von 300-800g/m2.Advantageous are tissues with a basis weight of 300-800 g / m 2 .
The intermediate layer consists of fiberglass material in the form of fabrics. To create good processing properties in the clothing, the glass fiber fabric is stabilized by lamination to a carrier web.
Als Trägerbahn werden bevorzugt Vliesfadennähgewirke bzw. Vliesnähgewirke aus Viskosefaser eingesetzt. The carrier web used is preferably non-woven fabric sewing fabric or nonwoven sewing fabric made of viscose fiber.
Here, the Kaschierkleberauftrag to maintain the flexibility of the materials is minimal. As a laminating adhesive, a polyvinyl acetate is preferably used.
For the inner layer, fabrics of natural fiber are primarily used, coarse yarn and mixed wool fabrics are particularly advantageous.
For the outer layer: a fabric of the non-combustible, infusible and thermally stable Prylanit pulp with a mass per unit area of 55Ög / m 2 ± 10%, for the interlayer, a glass cloth with a basis weight of 700g / m 2 ± 12% laminated on a fleece sewing with a basis weight of 120g / m 2 ± 10% and for the inner layer a coarse yarn with a basis weight of 344g / m 2 ± 5% was used.
From these layers it is possible to produce heat-resistant clothing products, preferably protective gloves, which can be worn at contact temperatures of up to 4 ° C. with good thermal insulation and retention of the good flexibility that is present.
For the outer layer, a fabric of the non-combustible, infusible and thermally stable pulp "Prylanit" with a basis weight of 550g / m 2 + 10%, for the interlayer, a glass fabric with a basis weight of 500g / m 2 ± 12% laminated on a nonwoven-sewn with a basis weight of 120g / m 2 ± 10% and for the inner layer a mixed wool fabric with a basis weight of 500g / m 2 ± 5% This protective clothing, in particular protective gloves, can with contact temperatures up to 400 0 C with good thermal insulation and retaining the existing good flexibility.
