The invention relates to an insulating glass unit for all construction areas, in which envelope structures they are arranged for window glazing. Such insulating glass units are also used in greenhouse construction and vehicle application.
It is known to use insulating glass to improve the thermal insulation. Insulating glasses are prefabricated glazing elements consisting of two or more glass panes arranged at specific intervals. These distanced glass panes are connected at their edges so that neither dust nor moisture can penetrate into the interspaces.
Sealing materials such as polyurethanes, silicone rubbers and, preferably, polysulfide polymers serve as the edge seal of insulating glass. Further, butyl rubber is used as a so-called second seal.
For drying the air in the space between the panes, a desiccant is introduced preferably in a perforated profile spacers, which lowers the moisture content between the panes at a dew point temperature of approximately -7O 0 C to 0.02% relative humidity.
In the course of the operation, the insulating glass unit, which is to be regarded as a vibratory mass-spring system, is subjected to various mechanical stresses, solar radiation and atmospheres. As a result, not only the natural aging resistance of the sealants is reduced, but also microcracks occur at the interfaces sealant / glass or sealant / profile spacer. In addition to a vapor-induced water vapor permeation, the irreversible water vapor balance between the atmosphere and the space between the panes is intensified by these and other influences.
Upon reaching a water vapor concentration of about> 5g / m 3 in air in the space between the panes occurs at a temperature drop to <0 ° C, first temporarily, then constantly on a moisture fitting. The insulating glass unit no longer fulfills its function and looks unaesthetic. Even if all technological parameters are adhered to in production, the use of high-quality sealants and high installation costs, the average service life of an insulating glass unit is <20 years.
This compared to other components of a building low life has the consequence that the insulating glass unit must be replaced as it were a Wegwerferzeugnis, so represents a costly and costly glazing.
In order to eliminate these deficiencies, it is known to keep the space between the panes dry, instead of the desiccants,
z. As silica gel or molecular sieve to coat the insides of the glass with water-absorbing films (DE-OS 21 28 364). This solution has the disadvantage that this type of coating is subject to rapid aging and that saturation with water vapor and thus a moisture deposit also occurs through postdiffusion.
Furthermore, it is known to attach containers with desiccant, which at the same time ensures a pressure equalization (DE-OS 2713908). The required structural design of the window is very expensive.
The shortcomings of the known solutions have to be eliminated in order to increase the lifetime of the insulating glass units. The production engineering effort should be reduced.
Es ist zweckmäßig, den AnschlußThe invention has for its object to provide an insulating glass unit, which allows a continuous or discontinuous regeneration of the insulating glass unit in order to avoid moisture fittings, without the apperative effort is substantially increased. Essentially, constructive elements of the insulating glass unit should be maintained. According to the invention, the object is achieved by using the known construction that profile spacers are arranged between the glass, which are surrounded by a peripheral composite of permanently elastic sealant, characterized in that the profile spacer is pierced and are arranged in the region of the holes Tragklötzer, by permanently elastic sealant the insulating glass unit are firmly connected. The support block protrudes with a centering part in the bore of the profile spacer and has at right angles to a bore which extends into the interior of the disk space. This hole is closed by a fitting, preferably made of rubber, and a cap. It is convenient, the connection
Der gleiche Effekt wird bei der Variante erreicht, bei der die Glashalteleiste so ausgebildet ist, daß sie einen auswechselbaren Trockenmittel-und Gasdruckausgleichsbehälter aufnehmen kann.for the support block so that it is accessible at all times, in order to flush the insulating glass unit with dry air when installed or to be able to connect a desiccant container (cartridge) with desiccant. This solution ensures a pressure equalization to the space between the panes of the insulating glass unit and eliminates the great disadvantage of concave and convex behavior due to pressure and temperature changes. Thus, the thermal resistance, which otherwise deteriorates due to the concave behavior of the insulating glass unit, especially in the cold season, kept constant. Likewise, the mechanical stress of the edge bond is reduced. The same effect is achieved in the variant in which the glass retaining strip is designed so that it can accommodate a replaceable desiccant and gas pressure surge tank.

In Fig. 1, a profile spacer 2 is set back from the edge between two glass panes 1 and surrounded by an edge seal 3 of permanently elastic sealant. The profile spacer 2 has a plurality of through holes 4. In the area of the holes 4 supporting blocks 5 are fixed with elastic sealant 6. The support block 5 has a pierced centering part 7, which projects into the bore 4. At right angles to the pad 5 is drilled from one side, and this hole 8 is sealed by a fitting 9 made of rubber and with a cap 10. In Fig. 2, the insulating glass unit is installed in a window frame, wherein the support block 5 is closed by an additional plug 11 made of sealant. The essence of this variant is that the opening of the support block 5 is formed and arranged so that it is accessible in the installed state of the insulating glass unit by removing the glass retaining strip 12 of the window.
