Abstract
Beim Abkuehlvorgang entsteht ein klares bis zu einer Temperatur von minus 18C stabiles Gel.Process for the preparation of clear, cosmetic washing gels from emulsifiers, aqueous surfactant solutions, synthetic and animal or vegetable oils, active ingredients, preservatives, colorants and perfume oils in certain proportions without gelation additive. The gels are obtained by stirring at room temperature with stirring, each one produces an oil and a water phase, then enters the oil phase in the water phase - with stirring - and the resulting truebe liquid - emulsion - heated with stirring and then cooled again. During the cooling process, a clear gel is formed which is stable up to a temperature of minus 18C.
Description
The invention relates to a process for the preparation of clear cosmetic wash gels from emulsifiers, aqueous surfactant solutions, synthetic and animal or vegetable oils, active ingredients, preservatives, optionally dyes and perfume oils.
It is known to prepare highly viscous shower baths by introducing 50% sodium alkyl ether sulfate and 5% fatty acid, containing 0.5% perfume oil, about two-thirds of the amount of water to be used, containing 39% of a preservative and water, and then the residual water, the Contains 3% coconut oil diethanol added. The desired gel form is achieved by adding 2.5% sodium chloride.
It is also known to prepare a shower gel by dissolving triethanolammonium lauryl sulfate, alkylamidobetaine, lanolin and other basic substances in water at temperatures of 60 ° C. while stirring and to adjust the gel to a pH of 6.5 with citric acid (Kosmetikjahrbuch 1980, Verlag für chemische Industrie H.Ziolkowsky KG, Augsburg).
The aim of the invention is to produce cosmetic washing gel with good cleansing power, which at the same time causes a good moisturizing of the skin.
Beim Abkühlvorgang entsteht ein klares GelThe object was to produce a clear cosmetic wash gel without additives for the purpose of gel formation. This object is achieved according to the invention by reacting at room temperature with from 1 to 5% of alkylphenol polyglycol ether (emulsifier MF), 7 to 25% coconut fatty acid diethanolamide (elmide KD80), up to 1% of 1,2-propylene glycol, 1 to 5% of glycerol sorbitan. Fatty acid ester (Rofetan GOT), 5 to 15% paraffin perliquidum-oleum pedum tauri or sunflower oil mixture, 2 to 6% coconut fatty acid 2-ethylhexyl ester (Onicetan 148), about 0.5% propylhydroxybenzoate (Nipagin P), ca. 1% Grillocin and Irgosan DP 300 produces a clear oil phase. Furthermore, according to the invention with stirring at room temperature from 25 to 75% sodium alkyl ether sulfate (ELROPON K3), up to 10% glycerol, to 0.5%> methyl hydroxybenzoate (Nipagin M), dye and water produced a water phase. Thereafter, according to the invention, the oil phase is introduced with stirring into the water phase. The result is a cloudy emulsion, which is heated with stirring to temperatures of 50 0 C to 8O 0 C. The resulting clear oily liquid is slowly cooled. At a temperature of the liquid of about 5O 0 C to 40 0 C up to 4% perfume oil are added, and it is cooled to 40 0 C to 20 0 C. The cooling process produces a clear gel
In addition to the perfume oil and dyes can be introduced.

From the raw materials listed in the table, an oil and water phase was prepared in the proportions given (% by weight). The oil phase was then added to the water phase. The cloudy emulsion obtained was heated to temperatures of 5O 0 C to 80 0 C and mixed with perfume oil on cooling at about 50 0 C. After further cooling, clear gels were formed. They are supple to use and are resistant to cold temperatures down to minus 18 ° C.
