These arrangements, however, in turn has the disadvantage of a complicated and expensive construction and especially a large, due to the movement of the contacts, space requirements.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the prior art inherent shortcoming and to provide a suitable for use in high-voltage overhead lines swivel circuit breaker with minimum space requirements, uncomplicated driving conditions and minimal mechanical stress characteristics, with minimum material use even when used in areas with extreme climatic conditions have an increased lifespan.
Following the objective, it is the object of the invention, a swivel circuit breaker, in which on a post insulator to high voltage potential, a fixed contact and on a second post insulator, also on high voltage potential, a pivotally mounted and the fixed contact associated, movable contact are arranged, constructive and according to the instructions be designed so that when using a single drive, the movable contact the function of the separating knife and provided for ensuring the grounding of the high voltage current path, earth knife, without the - as usual - occurring in the operating according to this system disconnectors disadvantages of a large Space requirements occur.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the fixed contact associated with the movable contact is supported by one end of a second support insulator arranged there and pivotally mounted current path. The drive and storage of the current path are coordinated so that when disconnecting or connecting the fixed terminal contacts of the overhead line and subsequent ground or previous release from the ground contact the movement of the current path in a horizontal and simultaneous vertical direction is such that the at the end of the current path arranged movable contact described planar trajectory curve has the shape of a Konchoide. That is, the flow path is axially slidably mounted on the head fitting of the support insulator and likewise vertically rotatable about a right angle. Furthermore, a fixed ground contact is arranged in the base region of the current path supporting and moving support, which can also receive the arranged on the current path movable contact for the purpose of connecting or release for the purpose of separating. Under the above conditions of the movement of the current path describes over the bearing arranged on the support insulator bearing and driven portion of the current path an angle loop and the movable contact-carrying part of the current path a predetermined by the parameter of the pivot angle of 90 ° Konchoide, said by the relative movement Opening the disconnect contact to close the ground contact and opening the ground contact will allow the disconnect contact to close. The current transport in the area of the translation rotary bearing of the current path is ensured by current bands. Due to the simple movement that extends over a quarter-level, simple drive mechanisms can be used on a purely electromotive or pneumatic basis. The pivotal movement of the current path causes a horizontal component of the relative movement of both contact parts when the switchgear is operated as a disconnector and a vertical component of the relative movement when the switchgear acts as a grounding switch. As a result of the movement conditions thus fixed, the pivoting disconnector also has a height which is below the conventional outdoor disconnector, even with the angular loop to be invoiced. This preference leads to reduced portal heights. The lateral space requirement is minimal. Furthermore, the trajectory achieved in the course of the movement in the form of a Konchoide causes each moment of the switching action a favorable position of the movable contact within the arrangement, taking into account the field conditions between the support insulators and the different Spannungspotentiaien. Since the questions of the drive relate to the current path, which is mounted on a support insulator, the problems of mechanical stress of this support are in the foreground. It must be noted that during the movement of the current path no load of the supporter in the cable direction takes place and the amounts of the bending moments occurring thereby are noticeably below the static bending moment caused by the cable prestressing. In addition, the supporter is primarily loaded to pressure in the axial direction. The support insulator carrying the fixed contact has to fulfill a quasistatic function with regard to the mechanical stress, since it only has to absorb the cable prestressing in longitudinal or transverse tension as a bending moment. In this respect, this swivel separator type can preferably also be used in earthquake-prone areas. With regard to the design of the swivel and earthing disconnector for high voltage levels and greater mechanical stresses, there are no system-related restrictions.
In der zugehörigen Zeichnung zeigen:On the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawing, the invention will be explained in more detail below. In the accompanying drawing show:
Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the pan and ground circuit breaker is made up of the two post insulators 1; 2, which are mounted on the base frame 3, wherein the support insulator 1 carries the fixed contact 4 aui his head fitting and the S.ützisolator 2 on his Kopfärmatur the current path 5, which carries at its fixed contact 4 associated end of a movable contact, axially sliding and equally about a right angle in the through both support insulators 1; 2 predetermined vertical plane rotatably receives in a bearing 6. Furthermore, in the base region of the support insulator 2, the fixed ground contact 7 is arranged, which is also able to receive the arranged on the current path 5 movable contact for the purpose of connecting or is able to release for the purpose of separating. During the switching operation, the energy stored in the drive 8 is communicated to the moving system of the arrangement, which is fed via the isolator 9 arranged on the support insulator 2 to the end of the current path 5 located behind the bearing 6. In order for a pivoting movement is initiated, which describes an angle loop for the driven portion of the current path 5 behind the bearing 6 and for the remaining, at its end the movable contact-carrying part of the current path 5 a Konchoide as trajectories. This movement process thus allows the use of the space-saving switch assembly as a circuit breaker and a grounding switch. The conchoid is shown in broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 2. The angle loop is also shown in principle in dashed form in Fig. 2. The simultaneously carried out in the horizontal and vertical direction by the current path 5 movement and thus achieved trajectory in the form of a Konchoide effected at each instant of the switching action a field conditions between the support insulators 1; 2 and the different Soannunasootentialen considered aünstiae Laae of the contact
